Sir.... make a complete series of reading drawing of building ( footing, beam , slab, column, stairs) means all reinforcement details in drawing.
Every drawing is not possible in a single video...so pls make a series of drawing reading of different rcc members.
And sir also make an interview question video for 2 years of experience candidate in building construction!

Why we pay separate price variation on some items to contractor having base rate when we pay escalation on total work done which contains all the items.

Sir Its depend of contrat condition, what kind of terms n conditions considered in contract. CPWD says escalation under GCC clause, but basic rate adjustment clause considered in SCC in special contact condition, mean depends on client.
