OpenBVE Wacky - R211T R Train

R211T R train, partial run from Whitehall Street to Forest Hills.
The R211T is the latest version of the R211 with an open gangway. Currently it only runs on the C train, and since the R train also makes local stops, it would be easier to monitor problems on the train on that specific line too.
There will be upcoming wacky runs where the R211T will run on an express train.
