    What about an Apollon K-Log to Cineon Log LUT for Resolve that converts the colors and gamma to be compatible with standard Cineon print LUTs?

      +1 on this, that would be awesome

      @@silbersalz35lab I agree, Cineon is a must. Also using Resolve and Resolve color management.

      @@silbersalz35lab would it be possible to receive either cineon (tiff? Would still prefer jp2 for file size) or linear exr optionally as a non-cinematography client?
      And yes I plan shooting 16mm Vision 3 in the future but would like to evaluate first using existing workflows 🙂

      @@DennisSchmitz We think JP2 16bit Linear Adobe RGB is the best way to go for now for photography. An APOLLON LUT pack is a great thought. I will forward that to our APOLLON team.

    Why does the process eat up so much computer space even if the conversion is done on an external drive?

  • @DanielAx
    @DanielAx Před 15 dny

    The converter doesn't work for me - I followed all the steps in the insturctions. The little gear icons appears for a second and then disappears.
    I've tried it both on an M1 Macbook Air and an M2 Pro MPB. Both are running Sonoma.

      Ended up using XnConvert to do it.

      @@silbersalz35lab no need to, Pixelmator Pro have native jp2 support. The Apollon scans are insane!

      @@silbersalz35lab Be cautious, it can not do batch editing. Apart from that, it is as good as Lightroom/Photoshop, and only one time payment.
