I am a bit late on replying but let me reply you. It's called Micro tearing, eventually when you eat or drink a large amount of food, your stomach gets micro tearings that expands it if doing on a controlled measures. It's the same principle as muscle growing. Search it, it's very interesting!

Stefan B How do you know he does not work out? Trust me I know a lot of metabolism good diet and exercise can burn more calories than you think. Also When you have eaten that much food over time your body wont absorb all the calories, it'll just pass through.

Hostess, take note: I just got home from buying a box of Hostess Twinkies, Cupcakes, and Coffee Cakes. Hadn't eaten sugar in a while, and this video inspired me to get your stuff. I ate a bad twin-pack of Twinkies years ago, but after eating from this new box, it definitely tastes better. Cupcakes are so right it's overpowering, but the Coffee Cake was the absolute best. Soft, cinnamony, absolutely delicious. Might want to sponsor this guy for future videos!

Simon0 sugar is regulated by a hormone called insulin. If you regularly eat too much sugary food, the bodies ability to produce insulin becomes faulty, this is called diabetes. There are two types of diabetes some people sadly are born with it, type 1. Other people develop it , type 2. It's a life threatening disease.

chill you guys! Matt said in one of his videos that he studies nutrition.. so I'm sure he has a phenomenal diet and work out plan when he's not making these videos... which is most likely how he keeps the weight off... and he's still farely young so his metabolism is still pretty fast
