Energy (power) consumption/economy in a city is measured in real-life traffic in Warsaw (Poland) in similar conditions: the same amount of heavy traffic, light traffic and quite similar average speed. Since the Tesla Model 3 and Model Y are the benchmark in efficiency, I think it would be very interesting to include them in the consumption references. Without these cars the comparisons are a bit weak.
