How to cook: Syn Free Minced Beef Pasties! Great for sharing!

This is a really simple recipe that's easily customisable. You can add more vegetables, such as peas, if you want or simply up the amount of Worcestershire sauce you use. Use tinned beef to make it even quicker and easier, though each pasty becomes 1 syn if you do.

Hmmm so I'm thinking we could add carrots , peas and an Oxo cube to make a good old fashioned Cornish pasty 😁 .. me and my daughter recently started sw and loving all the meals so far Thank You for the video Chuck

Liked your video . Will try these at the weekend. I have used the weight watchers wraps before and have discovered a different brand. They are called Fitzgerald’s. They also do slim bagels. Both are seeded and are really 👍🏼. Can only find them in Waitrose at the moment. They are worth a try. You mentioned corn beef. Fray Bentos do a Lean variety, 3 syns per tin, have you tried it?
I'll have a look out for Fitzgerald's wraos, I don't know where the nearest Waitrose is to me but I know there are some close by. I'm not a big fan of corned beef that's why I went for fresh minced beef. Could give it a try in the future though.
I tried this but there was no way i could put that much filling in a WW wrap. Maybe they were bigger 3 years ago. Also they tear very easily when crimping the edges and were a right pain to do. Doubt i will try again which is a shame.
