76k+79k+81k= 236K for a 3 year WNBA rookie contract. Highest paid player makes 240k this year plus 3% salary cap increase every year. So if she gets between 264k-400k each year for the rest of her career. We're talking about 18 years until she makes $5 million...or she can get it in 8-10 weeks 🤔
Not only that, if she can get a ton of money up front she could invest it and far out earn that long road.

So sad how little people understand about her, even though there's plenty of interview material to learn from. Here's a girl who's manifested the dreams she's had since she was 8 when they were put into writing in a school project, the same girl who is content wearing sweats, sneakers, and a hoodie (all of which she receives for free from Nike) 80% of the time who has always been a role model for kids everywhere, a girl who diverts a nice chunk of her NIL towards charity and her own foundation, who regularly visits the Children's Hospital, who really doesn't care about money (unlike some of her peers)! She already has enough to live on with her type of personality and values forever. She will also graduate with honors with a degree in Marketing from Iowa (wanna bet on the over and under that she also gets her MBA online while playing in the W?), PRETTY sure she'll have ZERO problem landing work in her home state after she is done mostly banking the relative "chicken feed" she'll be paid while doing her "dream job" of WNBA! The people who opine about "she should take the money" are the same people who had little dreams they've had the moxie to work hard enough to attain and who think more money is the barometer of success. So sad for them...

Honestly if Cube wanted to make an all female Big3 league I think it could quickly surpass the WNBA. They could poach the college ladies talent and have more star power per team than in the WNBA. And with less players on each team you could pay everyone way more than the WNBA

10 years ago I never thought I would be watching womens basketball, but this year I paid to attend 3 different Iowa Womens basketball games and the B1G tournament championship against Nebraska was the greatest, most exciting, and fun basketball game I have been to period. I would be more apt to watch BIG3 games than WNBA when Caitlin moves on from college. I have been saying she should joine the Harlem Globetrotters.

She should take the big 3’s offer at least for a year. Money wise, the money is equal to abt 5-7 yrs contract in wnba. Skill wise, it’s like going to a boot camp ( if not navy seal ) of basketball for her. Competing with guys that 3 or four times stronger than wnba players. Guarding guys that can dunks. It doesnt matter if CC only average 4-5 ppg, because when she’s done with big 3, her skills and strength would be so much better than she is now

Clark would be a fool not to pounce on this. It's really win/win. She's obviously not going to play full-time minutes because she'll be a defensive liability. It's more of a tourist attraction. But, nobody would expect her to average 20/10. Even if she goes out there and sinks a few, she'll look like a powerhouse. Also, losing to a bunch of former NBA players isn't really going to damage her brand as it sits. Really can't lose and will make 5 mill.

So, it sounds like they would only have one scheduling conflict, according to Cube. If her future WNBA team can't accommodate her missing one game, she probably shouldn't sign with that team.

It's 625,000 a week of her team doesn't make the playoffs and let's be honest that's highly likely and then she's free to play in the WNBA season. Also he didn't say anything about multiple years just about the 8-10 weeks so go for it. It can't hurt her draft stock and ultimately the competition level will only help her game.

It's not football or baseball where the strength or speed is insurmountable. Youl could put an avg hooper into an NBA game and they will score IF given an open shot. Clark will score regardless of who's on the court if she can get open. But her teammates better be super good defenders.
