Layer Anything in Affinity Photo! Full Tutorial!

Layering objects, text, and photos in Affinity Photo can be extremely simple if you know how to effectively use layers. As far as layers go just remember that there is a stack of layers and make sure they are in order of most visible to least visible.

Just switched from MS to Mac so need to learn Affinity. Like the way this video is short and just what I need for the bit I need to learn right now as I'm switching from Photoshopand it's very different. Making a composite mage of items from different images for my main ebay photo, and couldn't figure it out til I watched this vid. This taught me layering quickly and it's to the point. Would have been better for me if you'd shown how to merge down the images when you were done though. Great vid though!

So this can be done in Photoscape X though as well.. Do you recommend Affinity Photo over Photoscape X? Also is it a one time purchase for Affinity of $50?

Affinity photo will be able to do so much more than photoscape X. One of the big reasons people like PhotoScape X because it's simple but still pretty feature-rich.

I hate affinity photo. It is so difficult and almost impossible to add a image as layer and resize only the new layer!!!!
