It's not about failure. Not wanting to fail is also high in China but yes he's right that India doesnt stick to a plan and blue print, India's mood changes every few days and we are constantly finding someone or element to blame. Most indians put low quality of work in their fields and then come home and blame politicians or the system. In China people follow the blueprint really well. But that element is also because of diversity of thought in India which is less there.

I’ve read some commenters saying they’re not convinced about the person’s responses. This guy is giving a first-hand appraisal from actually having been there, he is not trying to sell you something. If someone’s lived reality does not support your viewpoint, you may want to re-examine your preconceptions about a place. Better yet, go visit it and find out the reality for yourself.

❤Thanks for showing! When he says the Chinese just do their work and don't worry about the outcome. This reminds me on the highest Indian values given in the Bhagavad Gita. Do your duty and don't look for the fruits. It is nice to hear also something positive from an Indian about China. This is a good step to break down walls and not to build them. Not to forget behind all cultures and diverseity there is only one single consciousness. The people in other countries are not doing things better - just different. ❤Love your channel.

I would like him to see China today to compare his experience. China's infrastructure is amazing, they have faith in themselves, self discipline, they want the best for their civilization. The irony is that it was the Indian Prince known as the "Buddha" who opened their third eye. I would like Indians to have more cheap flights to China to experience our neighbor. I think it would influence Indians for the positive a lot and open up a good dialogue. It is not the educate system in China only, but global experience with education. Like the west, China has become a culture of knowledge, not just in education but life knowledge. China pays a lot of attention to fitting in, looking fair, doing elite functions e.g. golf, 90% women know how to play classical piano etc. How many Chinese to you see getting drunk in public? China has a advantage, like Africans they can mix with others but their features are strong and the next mixed generations look like them. India has to learn from Israel in mixing. It is good to be able to adjust in every developed civilization, the knowledge and life experience is more global. India is a global country and needs to think global. It has never been about color, faith but "knowledge". But you have to be part of the bigger elite picture to understand how economics works and how the game is being played, if you want to adapt or protect your civilization. Have more programs like this to communicate within India. Share experiences, the bad and the good so solutions can be found to fix. what does not work.

How did we go to cultural aspects before that . Even culture wise there is more social pressure there than here saying they r not worried about outcome is not the statement its about having a focused plan to an extent that the don’t need a plan b

This comment section is so funny. Indians believe saying is the word democracy is equivalent to having democracy. China is actually one of the few countries that have an actual working democracy, a country for the people. China doesn’t go out of their way to promote their political system so most fools think it’s a dictatorship. People should look into the “two sessions” and the merit system.

One thing the speaker forgot to tell is that the Chinese built things based on all that they could steal. Having experienced them in my research career I have seen that they can go to any extend to make sure that no one else becomes first in publishing something ahead of them. Even if that other person/group don't see them from such a cut throat competitive point of view. For that, they could even bribe reviewers to buy journals or labs. They don't seem to have ANY Dharmic sense. They have a very greedy mindset. This sort of mindset won’t be a thing for the future. If you don’t keep co-operative and co-existing mindset then you are bound to be rejected. Their urge to become a “superpower” has pushed them so far that on a weak niche where they stand, their downfall is imminent.
