Actually the main difference between Japanese sushi and kimbap is that the rice used in sushi is seasoned by vinegar and in kimbap the rice is seasoned by seasame oil

Actually Kimbap is a popular Korean sushi roll made with cooked rice and some other ingredients that are all rolled in dried seaweed sheets. Gimbap and Korean Sushi Roll are other names for kimbap. In brief, kimbap is actually another version of Japanese sushi. Mukti di n aditya bhaiya you can eat these all noodles except the sea flavour noodles because all these chicken flavor noodles have artificial flavour of chicken which is totally based on chemical not any type of non veg or chicken based so you can eat and enjoy the flavour ❤️

Now difference between kimpa (gimpa) and sushi
Sushi is Japanese. Kimbap is Korean.
Sushi is many times made with raw fish. Kimbap is made with cooked and/or pickled ingredients and/or raw vegetables. I have seen canned tuna in kimbap, but not raw fish, but I'm not too sure if that that is never the case. Beef and chicken are the main meats used in kimbap. Kimbap usually has an assortment of foods in one roll whereas there are a lot of single-food toppings for sushi. There is just plain kimbap with rice, however.
There is also vegan kimbap. Kimbap can also use kimchi and sushi does not use kimchi, but I don't know if there are many vegan varieties of sushi. Perhaps the California roll would be one.
Also, the rice and seaweed are prepared differently in kimbap and sushi. In kimbap, the rice is more sticky than sushi. For most kimbap, the rice is mixed with sesame seeds, sesame oil, and salt. I am pretty sure that is not the case for sushi. In kimbap, the seaweed is roasted and then, usually seasoned with sesame oil and salt. That is not the case for sushi.
The accompanying dish of kimbap is a yellow pickled radish or some other pickled vegetable. The accompaniments of sushi are pickled ginger and a soy sauce mixed with wasabi, green mustard, which you dip it into. You don't dip kimbap into anything.

First boil the noodles and drain the water
And then add sauces and noddle power and seaweed flakes
One funfact - roti is not only in India , even in Thailand also there roti and they called roti anymore southeast Asian for example Singapore, Indonesia ,Malaysia etc...
Tortilla and roti are not the same. Different ingredients, different taste. And Korea and Japan didn't become independent from China 🤦🏻♂️
And tortilla is not Italian it's Mexican. It came to Italy from Mexico.

Bro' when you tried pink and yellow noodles. You first have to drain the water and THEN mix the powder and sauce at once. And the chicken noodles have artificial chicken flavour. So' vegetarians can also eat it there's no real chicken in it.
