It’s a hot property.
It's antique except for the dinning table..doesn't match the ambience expected rose wood table top for 5 bedrooms and 8 car parks. What is the built up and plot size? Far in that area? Any idea? Old houses look cscary for those w ho live in flatsbut those who living in large ancestral homes it is everyday icing like goals in goa . Thank you to the Host very nice presentation. All the Best.
Apologies, Simran, this is the worst video from Code Estate. Not a single second of +ve energy felt in this house. Animal and animal paintings in-house are bad for owners. Red chandelier at entrance, rooms and floors are dark colored, no proper sunlight approaching in rooms. The antique appeal does not build a sense of living. I felt like running out of the video to outside of this house, wished had a fast forward option in this video. It's a major rip off 💯 %. This bungalow will take 25 crores for an uplift to be livable. Consider some architect who can convert this to a hotel or museum instead.
