We are the Bags Packed Family: Jonathan and Kelly with our three children. We sold our home in Alaska, USA, eight years ago, and headed overseas. We are teachers and found fantastic teaching positions in Chennai, India. Two years later, we moved to the United Arab Emirates. Three years after that, during the beginning of the pandemic, we made the move to our current teaching jobs in Indonesia. We love traveling and finding adventures as a family. We hope that our travels will inspire and provide our children with the confidence to meet new people, try new foods, and enjoy learning a new language. Thailand I usually only hear about 4 cities. Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai & Chiang Rai. And these cities are Indonesian people's favorites when traveling there. It turns out there's something new. Craby Ao Nang. Wow.

I love your videos. I’m from NC in the USA. You guys have me worried about leaving your kids in the hotel room by them selves … please please please be cautious traveling overseas with the kids. It just takes a minute for someone to steal a kid. Even out of a locked hotel door. Be careful!!!

You can take a white songthaew to go to Ao Nang for 20-30 baht per person. I'm not sure of the price but it's in the range.

Any expert mind to explain what's with the downgrade (from wider to crampier) of mode of vehicle at the airport. Giving some shady vibes right there. 😅 Plus, I don't understand why they can't drive up to you at the drop-off point. Dragging your tired body carrying those heavy baggages.
The car at the airport. They should have been more professional for that price. A lot of things in Phuket are overpriced even for Thais.
