- Quite a variety of fixtures here ranging from modern Gerber to vintage Kohler. My childhood pediatrician worked in one of these buildings (with the Kilgore Argus toilets) so it was quite nostalgic to return after all these years.

This is your first time seeing a seasons toilet and a Briggs flushometer toilet
I've seen a Seasons toilet before but this is the first time seeing a floor mounted one. As for the Briggs, it is my first time seeing a flushometer Briggs toilet.
New longest video, the Baybrook Mall restrooms lost its record haha. This office has a variety of fixtures, even Seasons!? But a lot of the autoflushes are mostly sensitive here.
Yeah, this is probably the longest one yet! I still have another one that I need to put together that I filmed in 2021.
The 1971 Dexters, Downings, Arguses, Cadet, and new Maderas are absolutely amazing!!! The 2000's Dexter and North Point urinals are amazing and the North Point toilets are cool! The Glacier Bay dual flush sucks!
I'd say the vintage stuff was my favorite and although the Glacier Bay was most unexpected, it was my least favorite.

Vintage Kohler fixtures, Kilgore Argus toilets, and the American standard Cadet toilets are absolutely epimazing. The Gerber fixtures are tolerable and decent along with the Seasons commercial toilet and the Briggs Viscount II toilet. The American standard Madera toilets and the Glacier Bay toilets are okay. The Kohler Highcliff ultra toilet is pretty good and Mr. Sensitive automatic flushometers are absolutely awful because of how sensitive the flushometer is and I’m not a fan of sensitive automatic flushometers

Great video - much better than watching the trash on tv! Fixtures range from junk (i.e. the "Trash Bay" dual button tank toilet - the newest 2020's Madera's are not much better as they don't even swirl and not to mention the extremely weak 2021 Trashbrook (Washbrook) as it is now) through to the great vintage Kohler's! There was also one toilet (an older vintage one that was great) that I noticed had an Armitage Shanks logo on the side - Was it the Kilgore Argus toilet? If so was Kilgore affiliated to the UK toilet manufacturer Armitage Shanks? Some of the flushometer sensors were a little too sensitive.

The current non-swirly crapderas are awful. Nice demo on how different flushometer settings and internal conditions have on the flushes! Boy howdy, talk about sensitive flushometers! Always 'have something to say' when you turn your back on them ! 🤣
FWIW Owen, when you have a compilation like this with some unfamiliar/not so well known terlits, a little white text of brand & model name somewhere along the bottom or top would be helpful.
Those sensors were annoying. As for the less known toilets, they are listed in the description.

The vintage 70s and 80s Kohler fixtures beats out the modern junk in this restroom spree so far. And that early 90s Afwall is the best too, The gerbers are junk however. Is this office park now a hospital? happy to hear that your pediatrician worked here but the question is does he still have the office in this building?

I like all the vintage stuff but I still think the Viscount II and Seasons are cool. My favorite toilets were the Downings for sure. My pediatrician is retired now.
The Glacier Bay Dual Flush is the worst nightmare of my life.

The Washbrook urinal and the Glacier Bay Fual Flush toilet are crap, everything else ranges from meh to amazing.
It sure was weird to see a GB with all these flushometer fixtures
