I'm wondering, I see you're hand-sanding your aluminium welds, did you ever experienced those sanded welds to crack because of the engine/road vibrations ? because I've always heard that sanding aluminium welds make them crack in time. And if it don't it would change my whole way of making bikes.
So many can try to skill, and a lot them not even reach the first step of quality, but, very few can pass my examen. How long you perform on this particular sector?

Thank you for watching. When shaving the file after welding, weld on both sides. Cracking occurs when only one side is welded and shaved.
