Scotty, posted up your channel and I love it. I do a variation of the air fry chicken similar to yours but without soy. Then I pull it off the bone and make chicken and pastry. Best made with an old hen that doesn't produce eggs like she used to. The chicken fat combined with the roasting in the air fryer adds a non traditional flavor to my ever evolving recipe. 🐔 🍗🥘🍲🥢🍽🍴😂
