The architecture is more Lottery Winner than Luxury Elegance but it works as a corporate visitors' resort or a family weekend getaway if the waterfront itself is appealing to you as a guest. Nice video and admire your Drone skills. Just curious, are those Houses occupied, if so, why much of it looks deserted?
Most of them are vacation houses and weekend getaway houses for the people who actually own them. And yes, they do have people living there as well.
