These are better than beats and better than Airpods. Ive have all 3 and these were definitely superior in sound and loudness.
airpods has better sound to listen but for phone, this one is much better to hear on the other side of the call

I was alright at first but it's barley in my ears all the way when my ears sweat a bit they fall out. Staying with my sony wf-xb700.
Hello, thank you for the very complete test. You made me want to buy them, I just have a question. When you take them to the swimming pool, if you put your head under water, do the headphones continue to play the music via bluetooth or its cut? Many thanks for your response.
@dreambig6370 The music will cut in and out if you're in the water. Bluetooth doesn't pass through water so it will break up, unfortunately.
Do they still stay on when you do spins?
Audio quality sucked at first, but when I continually used it, it got breaked in then it started to sound legendary. As expected from JBL.

@@blessedboy5800 speakers need to breakin before getting real performance. Meaning using it for awhile like 100 hours.

I had the same experience. They need time to break in.
You may’ve had it on the wrong mode. There are two modes: Talkthru and Ambient Aware. Talkthru if I’m not mistaken, severely mutes the audio and is meant for conversations. I wouldn’t be surprised if the audio complaints came from that mode alone.

I can't figure out how the volume works,or is there none?
as a person who sweats a lot in the gym. would it still keep in place without falling. had some issue with other buds with sweat they just slip out and fall out. that test would be good to experiment.

Just got these today
So they stay in really well? I love my Beats Fit Pro but they can come loose while doing bag work or HIIT. I could use a pair of headphones that stay in.
@bizmonkey007 They stayed in well for our testing, but that will vary based on the person wearing the headphones. They come with an assortment of ear tips so you can find the one that fits best.

@johnhenryabellamarino Estos auriculares no tienen controles de volumen integrados en sus funciones táctiles. Tendría que ajustar el volumen en su fuente, como su teléfono o tableta.

Hi How can I turn these off/on manually. My charging case doesn't hold power any longer so I need to be near a power source to be able to use them which is very inconvenient. Is there a way to start them up without your charging case?
@tinashechoga2613 These can only be powered on and off with the case. They don't have a way to do it manually on the headphones themselves.

I like JBL, but these buds just didn't have the sound quality I was expecting. I couldn't get any good bass even with an EQ adjustment. I returned them after a couple days.
CAN THESE BE TURNED ON WITHOUT THE CASE WHEN THEY ARE OFF? IT APPEARS TO ME THEY CAN'T
@daveshelton2141 These headphones shouldn't turn off until they are placed back into their charging case. If they are outside of the case and are off, that likely means the battery needs to be charged.
Are they good for rope jump and intensive exercises?
@Diego Yes, but it will also depend on the shape of your ears. They come with extra ear tips so you'll need to try them to see which fits the best.

No review says if you can connect with iOS or use spotify, deezer, etc…
@Charlie Gray These are compatible with iOS. You can download the JBL Headphones app on the Apple App Store for more customization, or just connect them through Bluetooth. As long as your source (ie. phone, computer) has Bluetooth and you have the Spotify or Deezer apps on the devices, you can use these headphones to listen. I just bought mine and the jbl app needs to update but the update never pushes through. Always update unsuccessful. Anyone knows how to fix it?
@ruskinangelocinco7764 It could be a number of things. First, try turning your phone off and on again. If that doesn't work, try deleting the app, then reinstalling it. Hopefully one of those methods gets it working for you.

@leadimentoobrien1221 They are labeled for which ear they belong in. As far as falling out goes, that will depend on the shape of your ear. These come with changeable ear tips so it's best to try them all and see which one fits the best.

what is "wirelessly charge"? and if they don't do that then how do they charge?? how do they turn on and off? how do you control the volume? does it answer phone calls? how does it do that if so? can it change music tracks? how does it do this if so? are we spose to have psychic powers when watching reviews on trying to find the right pair of ear buds to buy for the first time????...

1. No wireless charging means the case needs to be plugged in to charge
2. They turn on by removing them from their charging case, and off by putting them back into the case
3. Volume is controlled by your source (ie. phone, computer, tablet)
4. Yes, you can answer calls, just tap the earbud on the flat part (you'll want to download the JBL Headphones App for full touch control functionality).
5. It can change music tracks by tapping the right earbud either 2 times to skip, or 3 times to rewind

@Cobalt Blue We don't carry the Tozo brand of headphones so it's hard to say. Spec-wise, they look to be similar, but without hearing them we can't say definitively which is better. We've received lots of positive feedback on the JBL though!

I would look into over-the-ear earbuds. The PowerBeats Pro are really good. Some people have had issues with the case and charging but they’re still really popular over-the-ear earbuds. The Anker Soundcore X10s are a good budget option too if you don’t want to spend $200. They’re on sale now, I think.

Yep. They work with iPhones.
Can you swim in them? Confused
@Lil Woadies These can be in water up to 1 meter, but they wouldn't be great for swimming. Bluetooth signals don't pass through water so you'd lose the signal from your phone to the headphones if you tried swimming in them. You'll want to look for waterproof headphones that have on-board music storage. Unfortunately, at this time we don't carry any models designed for that purpose.

@carterkyte7903 They are IP67 rated so they can be submerged in water up to 1 meter, however bluetooth signals don't transmit well in water so we would not recommended them for swimming. For swimming you'd ideally want a pair that allows you to store music on the headphones directly so you don't need to use bluetooth. Unfortunately at this time we don't carry anything like that.
