    Brian Blessed would have a mighty fine recollection of the vehicles used during the filming during this production.
    I guess it puts paid to the erroneous belief by some that they'd only ever used the Mark 3 Zephyrs (and not the Mark 2 Zephyr as depicted here) during production. This is probably due to the Mark 3 inclusion during the opening credits.

    Belting tune. It was a real pity when they had to change it because it was associated with Protestants in Northern Ireland during the Troubles.

      How? Because most police in the Royal Ulster Constabulary were Protestants in Northern Ireland.
