I've been there a few times, wonderful old building. Very unique, I dare say!

I have no idea what the rents are these days but they must be too high. Even back in the eighties and nineties the first two floors had all kinds of different shops.

It's too bad it's not used much anymore. The Hyatt makes use of the towers and the upper floors, but the bottom two floors are mostly empty now. Not even the food court is still there. :(
