Would love to see a slightly longer version of this. My attacks last longer than 10 minutes and I'm sure they do for a lot of others as well. Having someone to listen to for longer can be really helpful.

Okay, I didn't have panic attacks, so I can hardly feel the same as other listeners. Meanwhile, I had another feeling: I burst into tears while watching. It hurt so much because I don't have such comfort in real life, and at the same time it felt so good from the comfort in the video.
I recently discovered this channel and WOW, how wonderful the videos are here *-* They are all so cute, so heartwarming, the acting is so expressive and lovely💖💖💖These videos really help to calm down, cope with the feeling of loneliness, help to dream about my future partner (after all, I try to be optimistic and hope that everything will be fine in my personal life)
