The DA should use the mother to get the sicko locked up, and during his trial see what they can get her for. After he's convicted, they most definitely should go after her and her actions with a 'fine tooth comb'. If Madeline's mother couldn't protect her daughter from a paedophile, society shouldn't protect her from skirting any and ALL accountability!

For her alleged lack of emotions, idk, she seem to have some handful of psychological issues so it could be she is, and has been for a long time, on medication supposed to level out emotions and thus she is in a state of numbness, hence the seemingly cold presence, or attendance of mind is such (or maybe I am biased in my understanding how it might be having grew up with a bipolar mom).

I was abused by my father from agea 5 to 12 & we lived in a tiny one bedroom apartment in NYC. My mom claims she had no clue and I've often wondered how she didn't know.

She put her into the death grip of a drug addict profile, and did it on purpose which led to Madeline's DEATH even. It saddens me that Madeline didn't feel she could go to any adult in her life and tell them what was happening. Children need to be valued and loved enough that they know if they tell what's happening they are 1) not going to get into trouble and 2) the situation will be immediately fixed for their protection.

Poor Madeline didn't even have a room. Jen sent the to the GUEST room when she wanted to sleep in. Madeline had a folding room divider in the living room...😢 no privacy or security at all.
I went by the site yesterday, it's only about 40 minutes away from my home, i was in the area already and just 15 minutes away... R.I.P. Madeline Soto.. :(

If you listen to the beginning of the interview, Stearns tells the story of leaving the house and dropping Madeline off at school. The investigator then asks what he did AFTER he dropped her off and he REPEATS, with almost the same wording, the same story about dropping her off. He avoids the quesyion he first time it is asked. I think this is because he had rehearsed what he was going to say to the police up to the point of dropping Madeline off at school. If she is just missing, he doesn't think they'll ask about what HE did after. Once he dropped her off, he figured they would let him off the hook. Everything after the story of him dropping her off is made up on the fly. Your guests said that everything was made up on the spot, but I think he had at least rehearsed the part about dropping her off.
Definitely because dropping her off by the church is the alibi he had agreed with Jen.
The mother should be locked up too for neglect and child abuse she'll never have a happy day again for the rest of her life! Karma is going to get her!!!

I came to the conclusion that Jennifer had an agreement with SS for when she turned 13, i think that she gave her to him so he could kidnapped her or take her, the fact that he didn't sleep together when they reunited goes to show they weren't a couple, she sends Maddie instead, the fact that they both didn't attend her party goes to show that they were already planning this, so he didn't want to be seen at the party and JENNIFER was acting like she's not in her life anymore even before she desapared. I hope there are texts or Google searches that help them realize these 2 were colluding.
Also about the black shorts she said Maddie was wearing, that's probably was she had on the nigh before, and she never saw her again, he knew she was wearing jeans that morning, i also think he killed her after driving around with her, he drugged her first, that's why he felt confident enough to have her by his side and be ready to say she was asleep.
I think 💯 the mother knew her daughter was going to be killed. She didn’t go to the birthday party due to work but I think she didn’t want to be there because of some form of guilt ..she wasn’t there the next morning either until after 9am so what tf hours does she “work”

Agreed. Pertinent info will not be released because Maddie was a minor. Investigators are compiling evidence for court of law not court of public opinion.

I agree.. court tv has repeatedly claimed she was strangled and the public runs with these things… I believe she was given too much drugs because his pictures show her asleep during much of her abuse. And if stearns doesn’t go to trial we might never know the true cause of death. He is clearly a terrible person but ppl are hypothesizing all the reasons why he choked her when in reality he might have just killed her by accident. Vinnie, this is the 5th or so time I listened to Sterns' rendition of that morning. This time, without looking, just listening I picked up some telling truths. McDonald's was planned, she said NO! Along that stretch of road I dropped her off on the right side😮

It seems logically that he did the death in the car. I can't imagine him carrying her out of that house unless it was when it was dark. Isn't there any cams on those condos? Then, he drives around with her to get his alibi. He is so use to :"getting over" on people with his lies and fake self that he thought he could do that with the police. The professionals involved in this case all should be commended for how they handled everything perfectly.They already knew the details. They let him talk and talk. And, he sunk himself with his inconsistency and lies. And they were so good and got the arrest!!

I’ve worked and raise kids and there is no way I would miss one of their bday parties . You either request off or schedule the party on a day that you are off. When she got home from work she sent her daughter to bed, 13 years old to bed with her ex boyfriend and wouldn’t even take her to school the next morning. Jenn only worked part time, she didn’t want to face her daughter because she knew the plan was for her daughter to be killing.
Since she barley works and he didn’t, it’s fairly certain they were both profiting off the images he was taking until they got spooked that Madeline was about to reveal their sick endeavors and so they decided she had to go . Their stories aren’t only bullshit filled with blatant lies but a testament to why the mother should also be charged.
No man, step dad, or dad, boyfriend etc should be left unattended to snuggle up to a 13 year old girl PERIOD!!!
I am tired of seeing comments about how Jenn is mentally unstable and was under his control . He was living out of her house, she had roommates, a lot of family locally, and co workers to lean or call on for support!!

Also, Jenn said in one of the investigations that she saw Madeline getting ready for school that morning, and let's not forget the couple of times she said "we" dropped her off. This so-called mom should be charged with gross neglect! She allowed this man to sleep with her daughter!!

Katiecoollady does incredible online research. She checked out Jennifer Soto’s employment and found out that Soto works at most 10 hours a week. She gets disability so doesn’t want to jeopardize her benefits by working beyond the time limit. She could have scheduled her alleged “training” so as to not conflict with Madeline’s birthday party, but she did not. Makes you wonder why!!! 😮

Charge Jen Soto for Child Neglect. She's just as guilty for putting her daughter in a vulnerable position 😢 As a mother, how can you not know what's happening to your child at that age, sleeping in the same room with a grown ass man? I have 4 daughter's who went through teenage years and I have never allowed them to sleep in the same room with a grown man, ever!! Sterns comments make me sick!!

How hard is it to protect your daughter? Apparently really really really really really difficult for Jen. She had ZERO concern, or love for her daughter. I bet she worked on Mother’s Day too.
They asked him what happened and he explained this whole story and then after that they said "ok, what did u do after u dropped her off?" And he goes on to tell the same story again!! About how he dropped her off! They asked what he did AFTERWARDS! He already told them what happened before.
