Dal bati khane k liye ek tutorial dekh lete😂 kidding.. But it has to be properly served and someone to tell how to enjoy it. Crush the bati into small pieces, put daal on it then ghee, some chopped onions and garlic chutney..mix all together.. Take a glass of chach.. Anandddddddd ki anubhuti ho jayegi
And most importantly....buy it from an authentic Rajasthani restaurant😂

Perfect way to eat dal baati…First you have to break all baati and then pore ghee on that and then dal and little chutney over that or tou can have in between. and mix it well with hand only then enjoy…that is the best way to eat dal bati.

There is literally a hell lot of Maharashtrian food but this "food bloggers" never explore it all they do is over hyping that pakao Rajma, Chhole and all that few I mean only a few amount of North food all their life is just few things and they hype it worldwide two foods of India is overhyped it's
      1. Northern
      2. Bengali
I mean they're good but "sabne unhe Chaney ke jhad pe Chadha rakha hai Southern deserves to be overrated but northern don't even Benagli maybe

Neer means 💦 water in kannada
So the neer dosa🫓 is made as normal'dosa on pan but the batter is made of rice flour and lots of water which is NEER it's a very watery consistency so it will be very soft !

Video bana rahe atcha hae but jo looks de rahe ko khana kate time this is bad. We too r a part of india. And the most amazing thing is we are rich in so much of culture and heritage. Maat khao north east kae khane if its not appetizing. But don't disgrace by showing this looks. These are tribal foods and r rich in so much of fibre and nutrients.
Infct you haven't shown the pictures of the dish in your thumbnail and all the other foods are present their. You being a food bloggers should understand that. Shame on such acts.

I am not from Nagaland but here is my opinion from north-east try chicken curries or something non-veg as most of our cultural dishes uses ingredients like fermented fish, fermented bamboo shoot, dry fish it gives off a pungent smell so it will be hard for people to eat who had never eaten foods like these before. It is an acquired taste. And try to research before also, as i noticed you not only in naga food but you also didn't eat correctly other state's food also. And i also saw that you excluded only the naga dish from your thumbnail 😂😂😂. Atleast be humble excluding something coz you didn't like seems like kind of childish.
