Sheltered in the Arms of God

Sheltered in the arms of God! There is no better feeling!!
This song from years gone by arose in my soul this morning during a meditation time. I probably haven’t sung it in decades. But it stirred me deeply, and this video talks a little bit about why.
I also share, a story about my mom and a journal she gave me a couple years ago, and how it has given me a glimpse into her own intimate pilgrimage with her Creator over the years. I get a glimpse into her heart during challenges in her own life, and how she brought everything to God and prayed faithfully for so many people. And that she still does today at the age of 95. Her trust in God and love for God never wavered even when life was rough. So whatever you might be facing today whether it is a physical illness, chronic pain, grief, loss, a major transition in your life, a new season that feels uncertain, a path that you’re considering taking but perhaps have fear, loneliness, restlessness in your spirit or any situation that causes you dis-ease in your soul, may the words that I share in this video remind you that you are held, accepted and loved by God….and you can know that reality in the deepest part of you being when you still your soul and let your soul be held in Divine Love.
