- I have only had this car for a year but the opportunity presented itself for something better. Come along as I take my last drive in my s13 coupe 240sx. I just traded my s13 coupe for a 05 gto so I'm very happy with my decision. You won't regret getting rid of it. Trust me. Been in the schassis game since 04 and have had 17 of them. Best decision u will ever make
Its been gone now for a few months and I do miss it no lie. I wish the cards were right for me where I could have kept it as a project car but had to take advantage of the market. How are you liking your GTO?

I like the S13 but like you said, they are expensive to maintain and scary to do anything with

I was going to throw in a 1jz and call it a day and sell it for a profit around 10k
I did buy the car dirt cheap compared to recent prices. I paid 1k for a running car just two years ago. And now the same car in the condition i bought it in would be at least 6-7k. . .
Well its a project car i said i wanted to fix it and sell it when i was looking for a 240sx as it was my original intention.
This week or sooner i'll be buying a 1jz, we'll see if i end up selling it or keeping it.
I really wanted to 1j swap mine but an opportunity arose for me to get rid of it for a stellar deal and buy a better car so I had to jump on the opportunity. Hopefully one day I'll be able to build one with my original intention in mind. The market is insane right now dude and part of me doesnt see it dying down anytime soon. Who knows you might put a 1j in it and in a year or two the market will have even gotten crazier.
