As an autistic person who struggles in the daily immensely this made me cry. Little Simz is phenomenal and I've been following her last 3 master pieces of Albums closely and I am so glad she keeps up this absolutely ridiculously high level of musical art.

It’s fixed for average people on big labels to succeed because they’re the ones who are stupid enough to get into label contracts where 90% of their money is going to some rich white guy with no music ability at all. Talent like Simz, Dave, Freddie Gibbs etc that are either independent or not from America have no chance at ever winning Grammys in America because it’s fixed and if underground artists don’t get the critical acclaim, with no radio play, they’ll never get there. ( Dave’s probably not the best example but he’s way more talented than any young US rapper)
i like albums like these that organically grow. It will take 1 song playing somewhere and people will lose it.

Thank you, Simbi, for finding strength and power in all of those things we hide, shun everyday. Sorry i am not black and i respect the black community struggle which is a small mine through my son mixed race. Broken is Universal poem still i feel it talks to me. Tragically and with all the hope anger and bravery it relates
