This was against sucky Zach Wilson and Jets as well, the Pats have the Cowboys next weekend, a good team with a good offense and a big boy defense, a defense that shuts down mediocre offenses, like the Patriots. The Cowboys got embarrassed last week after losing to the Cardinals. So they are a hungry team that wants to make up for that loss.

@@zay7443 It’s not coaching with Wilson, it’s his head. In preseason when the games didn’t mean anything and he knew he wasn’t the starter, he balled. He’s playing like he’s trying to get injured so he won’t have to play.

I'm a Patriots fan. It is so frustrating that the Patriots had so many chances to close this game out, but couldn't do it. I think the only team that they are better than is the New York Jets.

I honestly don't get why Saleh won't even attempt at plugging a different QB in just to see what happens. I mean what do u have to lose? Yal go 3 and out half your possessions anyway. He was gana get some slack this year with Rogers going down but his stubbornness to stick with Zach is going to haunt him. He is going to link his own legacy with Zach's.
Saleh gotta get his head out of the dunghole and realize that the longer he defends Zach Wilson, the quicker he is going to lose the rest of his team. Zach is not the only problem they have, but at QB he is probably the biggest one. And they still refuse to add a 3rd QB.
Because Tom Brady himself couldn't run this offence. There is no O-line. It's open season on the QB for the defence.

Absurd. Why would he intentionally alienate his own teammates, invite injury, and destroy his ability to ever get a "second chance" with another team by doing that? If a player is intentionally tanking, that word gets around among players and coaches. It's one thing to be an ineffective player; it's quite another to be a subversive -- NOBODY trusts such a player or wants him on their team.

As a former NYJ fan, I will say that Zach Wilson is the worst QB I've ever seen at the pro level, I cannot believe he was ever drafted in the first round. His decision making is terrible, and while the NYJ's OL is not good at pass protection by any means, his inability to make good reads and throw the ball quickly, holding on to the ball way too long and constantly getting sacked, is just horrible to watch.
I feel badly for anyone still following the NYJ, they are the worst run sports franchise by a wide margin, at every level; scouting/drafting, development, play calling, personnel usage, etc.

@@rosihantu1 Fields is saved a little by his athleticism so he ends up looking better, but if you watch The QB School, his decision making and technique as a QB is far worse. Wilson suffers from chronic lack of confidence and overall bad luck, but he had some decent plays today.

an average HEAD coach I might grant you. BB defenses are still second to none. Their D last year was one of the highest scoring in the league, and if they had any semblance of an offense would have managed a Wild Card slot.

Man it almost comes off like they tryna tank for one of the QBs in the upcoming draft. It’s only 3 games but the Bills x Dolphins in the same division coming into form. This is bad and getting bad fast. If you wanna bench him then bench him but whoever you bring in off the street still gotta know the playbook and that could take a month at best.
Patriots defense is good - and they wanted to force them to throw. The week before they basically shut down T. Hill. You can beat the Pats but it will be doing something that isn't your best thing.

the reasons the dolphins won against the patriots last week was because tua was able to find his 3rd to 4th option receivers along with utilizing a creative rushing game. Raheem Mostert had quite a good game last week and even a better one today. If your offense is creative and not one dimensional, you can defeat the patriots. Speaking of the jets, more blame has to be put on zach because this game was winnable for the jets. The rushing game didn't help him I understand, but this was one of those games where your team needed your quarterback to step up to win the game.
