Tennessee S R 385 Northern Leg (U S 51 to I-40 / I-269)

The Northern leg of 385 used to connect with the southern leg. In 2018, I-269 took over the central segment between I-40 and 385 southern leg. Paul Barrett Parkway is the local name for the Northern Leg. He was a Banker, Merchant, Planter and businessman. He lived from 1899 to 1976
