This evening, our third son came to us and said he felt something behind his tooth, it was his adult tooth sticking out behind his baby tooth. I panicked and googled it; it looked as though it could be really painful. He said it didn’t hurt at all.

Just this morning I saw my 7 year old with a new tooth behind his baby tooth and was quite concerned. The baby tooth is not wiggling. I will wait a while to see if it will fix itself . Thanks for this video

I just noticed it in my daughter (she’s 4 years and 10 months old) but we had visited the dentist earlier for routine checks and there were no signs of a shark tooth. The dentist noticed that the lower incisors was already wobbly; my daughter was excited that she’d be visited by the tooth fairy soon. 2 weeks later, we saw a shark tooth growing from behind. I feel better watching the video and I’ll still pay a visit to the dentist as soon as possible. Thanks for making this video. 🙏🏾

Oh doctor god bless you ,my child milky teeth come on top of permenat teeth and got a terrible shape nearly 3 month is loos but seems has a very long root and deeply inside , i really got scared today that what will happen but watching your video feeling better gave me peace of mind . thank you thousand time doctor❤❤❤

My wife realized today that out 7yrs old son has one lower shark tooth.
We have just visited a dentist who advised that he should extract the 4 lower milk teeth,we agreed and the dentist removed.

My kid is 8.5, first tooth growing in behind his bottom middle teeth. Not a single wiggly tooth. I would joke he would be a grownup with baby teeth lol. Thanks for the tips, I am praying it starts to wiggle 🙏 and told him to try to wiggle it

This happened to me with one of my front teeth when i was younger 😓 my baby tooth was still in and my adult came down and my parents was forced to take me to the dentist and they took out my baby tooth and now because the adult teeth was growing over the baby teeth and because of that one only one of my front teeth is crooked and i can't afford braces:(

Thanks for this. There are other vid's of this nature but I liked this one the best. I just noticed a few days ago that my son had a tooth behind his lower front one and didn't know if I needed to see the dentist. I seen today that the one beside it is also starting to come in beside the other so both lower middle are going to be behind. He has one tooth that can wiggle a little so with this vid I am ok with waiting to see if it will fall out in a few weeks now. TY

How did things turn out? My child is going through the exact same thing. His dentist wants to extract his baby tooth but I really want to wait and see if the tooth loosens on its own.
@@catd7547 took about 3-6 weeks but the tooth came out with just a little force. This was his 1st tooth that he lost and and other one beside it came up like a week later. After this teeth fell out they have now moved forward to fill the gap. The 2nd one is still a little sideways but we will see if he will need braces after all the permanent teeth are in
Both the new teeth have moved forward and the left side has started to straighten out

My son’s top 4 teeth are completely rotten away. I took home to the dentist to take them out, but they refused and said they will fall out. He is 7 and has shark teeth now. The rotten teeth are wiggly, but I can only wiggle them with a tweezer. Should I take him back to the dentist or just wait? It’s been 4 weeks now.

It's hard to understand exactly, but i wouldn't worry about it.
It's normal to have extra space with baby teeth, it is a good sign that there will be enough space for permanent teeth later :)
Hi, my daughter had some shark teeth on the bottom, but know has a shark teeth on her upper canine tooth and the molar next to it on the right side. The canine tooth is slightly wiggly, and the molar is the same. Should I be worried??? Or should I just tell her to wiggle and keep wiggling her tooth?

Sir...i jst seen your video...my daughter have the same case...i hv already removed her tooth...but her shark teeth still little bit behind...what to do...i told her to push out her teeth by toungue...is it works sir...plz kindly reply sir...i am worried about
I wouldn't recommend teaching her to push with her tongue without seeing her in person as it can potentially lead to different kind of problems.
If there is still crowding after removal of baby teeth, they are not moving even a few months later, or they don't have space to move into then i would say that you should take her to see an orthodontist or at least ask your general dentist that can see her for advice.

Just today i received a call from a patient, this is happening to her daughter, its very common! Try not to worry too much, just follow the "protocol" i am here if you have any additional questions :)

My son's dentist wants to extract his bottom baby tooth since his permanent teeth are growing in behind. I'm hesitant for him to have to go through that. Do you think waiting another month might be ok? I'm hoping his baby teeth will fall out on their own.

I would always have to recommend listening to your dentist that saw the particular case in person over me talking about general rules in a yt video :)
Don't be scared , the fear will transfer over to your child and thats certainly not something you want! Those baby teeth in front are the easiest once to extract if that is any comfort...

It impossible to tell exactly without see him in person :(
I would say give it a week or 2, keep wiggling them in the meantime, encourage him to do it himself as well.
If they don't fall out by that time go see a dentist and see if you can wait a bit longer.

If you haven't been already, it might be a good idea to schedule a visit or two already before they fall out, since it would be a good time to do it anyway. And in his case dentist can follow the "shark teeth" progression.
He can get comfortable in the dental office, so if it gets to a point that they have to be taken out it's not such a big trauma for him :(
