Since indoor dining in is still not allowed at NYC restaurants due to COVID, NYC restaurant owners have transformed NYC into a paradise for people who love outdoor dining. In this restaurant tour video, we're going to explore some beautiful, safe, and fun outdoor dining environments in Hell's Kitchen.
