I really want a competitive Splatoon player to just make a video analyzing and explaining why this set was scuffed cause as a casual I’ll be honest i got no idea what’s happening/why this set is so bad
Pretty much every single Zooka, Kraken, and Jet was scuffed. In the second game they are over-relying on mechanical skill most of the time instead of strategy. In the last game Last Resort flunked up so many easy pushes for bs reasons (missing the ball and Arashi's sticky fingers), while Moonlight kinda just didn't push. The first game was mostly fine. Not a comp player, but that's most of what I noticed.

Can somebody explain to me indepth what is funny about this set? I don't know much about competitive play so this just looks like normal gameplay to me but I'm obviously missing something that I just don't get lol
edit; I was halfway through the video at the time of writing this comment and okay even I have to admit that Museum Clams game was questionable... the rest doesn't seem that bad to me LMAO
this is just bad plays from both teams, to what those teams are capable of this was pretty saddening to see them perform like this. (ofc they would still destroy 90% of splatoon teams, but this set was pretty funny)

Bro, calm down. Sometimes this shit happens. Everyone occasionally goes monkey brain. It isn't that deep, and most of the time they are much better coordinated. Don't base your whole opinion off a bad set.
ngl, these mf's would absolutely solo you. if u tryna talk shit u gotta have a backbone at least, kyo has one 7 north american championships and im not super sure about burstie's results but i know that kyo doesnt think of many people that are as good as him, and burstie is one of the few players he respects a shit ton. if these guys vod reviewed your tournament run itd look a LOT worse brotha.
