@@saraaleisaei1415 I wasn't trying to be rude. But I think there's ppl who want to use the popularity of BL to promote these toxic and dysfunctional flicks and it needs to stop. If there's an audience for that kind of stuff I'm sure that audience is very small so what's the point of wasting resources to make them in the first place?! It's just for lack of a better word f**ked up
If ppl are wondering, the main writer of this show left during the later half. As the production team was aggressively pushing them to change the script/story into was that something that did not work. You can see the drastic change in the script in the late half. The story was supposed to end differently. The actors and technical staff are not to blame. They have no choice. But, I think the producers are probably kicking themselves becuase it ended so badly. You can see the story trajectory just crumble as the main writer left. It is so drastic, in my head I see it as 2 shows. I will re-watch only again to around ep 9, when the lead writer left. And the story started to crumble.
That being said, these charators had so much chemistry. I hope these 2 actors get a chance to work of each other in the future. And I love this video.

I did not know that the main writer left, though it does explain how the last episodes were different. I could especially tell with So Mun and Ga MoTak. Idk how to explain it but I could tell that something changed.

He did become a better person at the end, that’s good at least.
There’s something interesting about seeing the strong become the weak and the weak becomes the strong. The parallels between Mun and Hyuk were so well portrayed. The bully usually has a reason for being a bully and they are often the ones who are abused and bullied at home. I hated his character but it also makes sense. His father abused him so he believed the only way to prove his strength and control is to hurt and bully others. Just like what his father Did to him. He’s misguided And I would love to see his character further progress if they put him in season 2
I love how they both changed each other, Hyuk-woo wasn’t the only one that got character development. Mun at first was angry at him for the bullying and tormenting until he realized that his ego created from an unhealthy environment caused him to gain a god complex because he had protection until his father found him inconvenient which caused him to lose protection and sure he had no bulling power anymore, the other kids were out for revenge, which made Mun realize he didn’t want him to become the same helpless kid he was made into. They both realized just how much your life can affect your future, because in Muns case his parents were gone which made him humble for the life he had. They both might not work as a relationship logically but I guess you can say that it could be possible but unlikely because of Hyuk-woo moving away to live with his mom. Other than that I guess they beat each other up because they both had something that they needed to get out mentally but since they aren’t good at talking out their feelings because of trauma. So I guess Mun wanted to protect and care while hyuk wanted to have someone or something that cared about him/ His dad just thought of him as a nuisance . If anybody does read this thanks I guess because this paragraph was fun and I really liked how much of a development they gave the bully, unlike other shows that usually remove the bully from it completely

Okay but I have a theory. So at the end of the show, Shin HyukWoo, drops out of school and decides to leave the city to start new. And during the last 15 minutes the Counters are talking about finding a new partner, well, I have a theory that HyukWoo will be the new Counter.
Like okay so it shows the HyukWoo is trying to be better, he saw and experienced what being possessed is like and that his actions can lead to that. He apologized for everything he did and although it doesn't make it okay, its a start. So what if as he left the City or smthn he somehow ends up in a coma, and WiGen talks to him nd stuff and since he wants to be better, he agrees to be a Counter and SoMun and him become friends. (If HyukWoo wasn't a bully. I could really see a great friendship there)
I also had a separate idea of all of them going to college. Like imagine SoMun and his friends with HyukWoo and also HaNa going to school. HaNa will have to deal with being social and around people her age. Like it'll be a big change for her.
I really wish this would happen. It would be such a good plot line and I feel like with the story there’s so much you can add to it
This was such a good theory. But too bad we were robbed in the second season. Hyukwoo totally went out the window. I still haven't moved on...

If we do get a second season I hope they keep Hyeok-u in it. I don't ship him and So Mun, but I'd love to see the two form a friendship, maybe have Hyeok-u become friends with So Mun's friends as well.
To put it simply I'd love to see more of Hyeok-u's character arc, have him overcome his struggles, maybe with some help of the counters
The video is so amazing...I loved it. This drama was one of the best work of this year. I loved it when he fell asleep infront of So Mun's home and also the taxi scene. It looks like he felt safe around him rather than in his home where he get's abused. I wish they had more screen time. It could have been atleast a great friendship.❤️
I am shocked to see how people have no problem shipping them. If the genders were changed and the male lead was like this, beating up and doing shit people would be going frenzy about toxic relationship but somehow it's okay to ship these two even when he used harass So Mun so badly
It's the fact that he was able to change, and intentionally or unintentionally So Mun was a part of that change. That's why I shipped them, the fact that he could be changed for the better by the other.

I think it's amazing how Moon never left hyukwoo even being that tough. Moon has always tried to understand his side and I find that adorable. I'm sad for the things Hyukwoo had to endure. I wanted more screen time of them together l

In Love By Chance, Tin technically bullied Can, it wasn't physical, but it was slightly mentally and they ended up becoming a couple in the end. I'm not saying that it's okay to bully anyone if you eventually start dating them, I'm just saying how enemies to lovers is something that can happen.
