There are many videos you can find that just give opinions based on the persons limited understanding so this is a welcome change. I worked in Dubai for 6 months (big project) back in 2016, I didn't enjoy it so much (because of the job), however, back in the UK I knew Dubai is *the* city compared to so many others. I knew then I had to return.
Prices have been going up ever since, and the gap between Dubai and other places is only increasing.

Property in Dubai is regulated by government body called there is no citizens body that regulate property. There should be a exchange based buy and sale price of property with clear advantage vs disadvantages rated by people living or purchasing property in a community. This should not be regulated by rulers or government.
Nobody is talking about the furniture and villas communittees which went under water floods caused damage to furniture and cars so there is no media which gives this news as journalists are mot allowed to write against dubai or something that impacts income of Emiratis. .

I agree rulers are passionate towards the Emirates but not towards expats otherwise expat would not be paying 10 times the dewa bill per month compared to local emaratis. In a fair society all should pay same emararis or expats.

The affidavit signed by a non-Muslim women should read -
1) Do you know conversion for the sake of marriage is not permitted by law in our country, not only this is illegal this is against the law. Do you have any intention to convert your religion post marriage, have you got any assurances you are not required to convert your religion for this marriage to be legal and binding. Do you know Muslims countries have no laws to protect non-Muslim marring a Muslim.
2) Do you know that as per Islam any marriage without the consent of Wali (legal guardian of the girl is considered so still knowingly you are entering into a illegal marriage. If your parents permission is not sought during Islamic marriage such a wedding will be considered illegal.
3) Do you know that as per Quran, if a Muslim man marries a non-muslim women then this marriage in the eyes of Islam is a illegal marriage and this will be considered like mistress or prostitution unless you convert to Islam one way or another. So you will be forced to convert to Islam sooner or later and you should be prepared for this as this will be told to you by your husband sooner or later. Else your children will not get any legal right when you marry a Muslim man. The exact references from Islamic scriptures for the above can be provided, so you can make up your mind with a sound mind.
There is no protection for you under shariah or Muslim marriage.
4) You should also know that in Shariah law, a Muslim man is allowed to have 4 wives and so in future you accept you will not have any objections to share your husband with upto 4 other women.
5) You understand under the Islamic law other then meher is all you can and nothing else, if you have a divorce with a muslim man. mehr is only a contract for your Islamic marriage, the Muslims who follow shariah law or the law in Muslim countries does not recognize any other marriage or a court marriage or a church marriage. You will not be entitled to protection of the law in your or any other country if you are marrying under Shariah marriage. Hence you have willingly decided to marry despite the associated risks.
6) You understand conversion in Islam is a one way process, as per the Quran once you convert to Islam then if you change your mind and want to convert back this is not possible. There is a verse in the Quran that says if anyone who is Muslim once and want convert from Islam to another religion the Quran asks all other Muslims to murder or kill such person. So in future if you want to convert back you could be murdered by your own in-laws. Even court marriage in Muslim countries will not protect you.
And so knowingly you have decided to accept this. And since you know this and knowingly you have decided to marry this Muslim man with full understanding of this. Then still if you want to marry knowingly then this affidavit makes you fully aware of the consequences of such a marriage and you very well aware not even your parents or your govt can protect you in future.
7) I promise to share the content of contract with my future generations and will guide my children to share this will their own kins.
Meanwhile a Muslim man seeking to marry a non-Muslim women should be asked sign an Affidavit prior to the wedding or in worse case scenario even after the wedding. And only once he signs this affidavit the marriage should be allowed to commence. The affidavit to be signed by Muslim man in presence of his own parents, should state -
1) I provide undertaking that when marrying the non Muslim women, I will disregard shariah law and any Islamic scripture and/or law that states that a non-Muslim women married to a Muslim is his mistress unless she coverts to Islam.
2) I provide undertaking that when marrying the non-muslim women, I or any member of my family will not force the non-muslim women to convert to Islam. I will provide her full freedom to practice her own faith with full freedom. I will not impose my own impositions or customs on the non-muslim women who I am marrying out of love and hence my marriage will be outside the bounds of shariah law. I will never disrespect or mock any faith or ideology or customs or religions that are different from my own.
and I provide undertaking that when marrying the non muslim women, I or any member of my family will not force my children to learn Islam or force them to be taught Islam unless they are exposed to qualified translators of both Arabic and girls original religions and the children will be only taught directly Islam from the Quran/Sahi Bhukhari/ Sahi Muslim original scriptures and Learn Sanatan Dharma / christianity/ Zoroastrian religion directly from the original scriptures and they will only used translation of other religion via approved translations acceptable to the other religious leaders. They will be allowed to ask questions and learn religion from the source without any adultration or past translations. They will not be taught translations of the religion, rather they will be exposed to the original scriptures and equal time and money to be invested for the education of both religions - the religion of mother and father.
4) I provide undertaking that when marrying the non-muslim women, I and all member of my family will be personally and legally responsible and can be tried for murder if the non-muslim girl I am marrying dies under unknown circumstances including suicide or if the girl is forced to convert her religion, or the children are forced to convert religion before they have attained age 21 years.
5) I provide undertaking that when marrying the non-muslim women, I accept universal law of India/UK and USA, and disregard the sharia law or any of its constraints, impositions and translations for this marriage. Infact would be even willing to convert to my wife's religion if this helps to improve our relationship.
6) I am an open minded person and I have no issues if my sister decides to marry the man of her choice irrespective of his religion. I will not force anyone to convert his religion for the sake of marriage or to make the marriage shariah complaint.
7) I am willingly providing full and absolute unrevokable inheritance rights to my non-Muslim wife and her future children to all my current and future property and wealth and my parents or anyone else cannot be influence my decision and I will not file any counter affidavits contradicting the above statements. I will not keep the proceeds of my income/ wealth and inheritances in anyone else's name including in the name of my parents or siblings to avoid the implementation of this affidavit, doing so will allow legal action against me and my family for cheating my non-muslim wife and her children.
8) I will always look after the interests of my non-muslim wife and her children until death divides us.
9) I will provide separate home for my non Muslim wife and this home will be absolutely and exclusively in her own name as a prerequisite for the marriage.
Love is divine but to cheat another person who is in love with you is evil and hence there should be protection for the non-Muslims women who seek to marry Muslim men to secure their future. We are not against any religion but any individual who has bad intention Muslims to trap gullable non Muslims. Where true democracy exists by law.
UAE and most middle east countries cannot become world class till they dont remove Sharia law completely .
You should know that, as per Shariah Law ( a law followed by every Muslim ) a Muslim cannot marry a non-Muslim and so this is not permitted in Islam.
And since marriage between Muslim women to non-Muslim was totally not permitted under shariah law there will be no protection for non muslims marrying Muslims particularly when they are living in Muslim countries. Even if you are living in western countries or India you don't have complete protection of the law as in India Muslim personal law is not codified and hence diputes can be managed only in shariah courts once you marry in islamic way and not normal courts. Police will refuse to take action against your Muslim spouse in India due to the protection given to Muslims by Congress who has created legal laws in India which are favourable to Muslims. You can verify this as there are several examples of this in India where police will not take action even if non Muslim women is beaten in the Muslim home.
In Muslim countries anyways only recognise shariah law and so there is no law to protect the rights of non Muslims or a child born to non Muslim women with a Muslim man. Some people argue but lately some liberal countries have made favourable laws for non Muslim in 2022. But I tell them since you don't know or understand the shariah law how do you know this law is favourable to non Muslim or not. So for this you need to read and educate yourself and talk to an expert.
As per Sharia law which is practiced by all Muslim countries, the child born out of wedlock between a Muslim man and non-Muslim women has no rights. Don't believe me, research this and make yourself aware of sharia law and educate yourself to know this.
Be aware that while a Muslim women is totally not permitted to marry non-Muslim men as per Shariah law, vice versa is allowed but with a caveat. In other words as per Shariah a Muslim man can marry a non-Muslim women but such a women under shariah will have status of a mistress (not a legal wife in the eyes of sharia law ) unless she converts to Islam and her children born out of such a marriage will not have full inheritance rights. As they are children of mistress in the eyes of shariah law.
The law in Muslim countries has made no efforts in Muslim countries to protect the rights of non-Muslim women and her children incase of dispute the shariah law will always be on the side of Muslim man. All they have done in 2022 is make a law which benefits the Arab countries while making non Muslims believe that Arabs are transparent whereas the fact is completely different. What they done in 2022 made a law that allows non Muslims to spend millions in non Muslim weddings which helps the economy of Arab Muslim countries. When you spend millions in Arab countries to do destination wedding why they will not give you a certificate of marriage to allow you to perform non Muslim weddings in Arab countries. This is a cosmetic change to allow by-passing shariah law to help Arabs make millions in destination weddings. To understand this continue reading this till the end.
Now earlier shariah law prevented Muslims from recognising non Muslim marriages but now there is too much money to be made in destination weddings so the Arabs just made a law to ensure courts give time wedding certificate that helps them make millions by hosting non Muslim weddings in the 5 stars and still charge them money while issuing wedding certificate from court which also adds to the Arab countries count income. So this way all parties concerned are happy. But this does not do away with the evils of shariah law. The law has not removed shariah law but only made a cosmetic change to fool non Muslims.
Actually they have done no changes to protect non Muslim women who marry Muslim men. They have not changed the rights of non Muslims women who marry Muslim men. During Muslim men wedding non Muslims women it is mandatory under shariah law to convert to Islam so the law in Arab countries is not removed mandatory requirement to convert to Islam else the marriage will not be legitimate in the eyes of islam.
Usually the non Muslim women is not transparently informed about this if she resisted converting to Islam before the wedding , the husband and his family will put pressure on non Muslims wife after she has had 2-4 children and by then she is helpless. She cannot practice her own religion of birth but forced to follow Islam.
You must understand even after you have agreed to convert to Islam. You must understand Islam dies not give rights to women to give divorce only Muslim men have right to divorce and as per shariah law it is not mandatory for Muslim man to inform his wife that he is married again.
Even post conversion to Islam as a Muslim girl you must focus on education and independent income incase husband leaves her or married again. Muslim nikah is only a contract to have sex and because there is no guarantee to her life post Muslim Nikah as there is no guarantee Muslim boy will protect and feed the girl or her children. Boy can do another nikah with another 4 girls and now children and bride responsibility after talak is on the girl ...now meher is not sufficient for girl or children to survive. Boy gives 5000 rupees meher how girl and her children will survive. Meher should be atleast 2 crore else dont do nikah and dont become children factory while boy has pleasure with other girls.
Also to be noted while the Quran requires permission of wali (meaning guardian ) for marriage of females. But this mandatory requirement of quran is conveniently ignored in Muslim countries.
In principle when non muslim girls Nikah ( Muslim marriage) is done without the presence and permission of non Muslim girls guardians and parents this is shirk (violation of Qur'an and teachings of the prophets message ). Those mullahs who are practicing bad practices and arranging marriage of non-Muslim women with Muslims are doing so without permission of the girls guardians have bad intent and are in violation of shariah, they are practicing political Islam with the intent to convert maximum non Muslims at all costs. This is Political Islam which walks conveniently side by side Islam. Political islam is a very vast subject, but in two lines it means cheat non-Muslims and make non-Muslims convert to Islam by way of cheating or by force.
We have also have seen in Muslim countries often non-Muslim women are hypnotized or intoxicated or exposed to black magic to get acceptance for marriage with a Muslim Man particularly when the need for permission from parents or guardians of non-Muslim women is ignored which allows room for persecution and rape of non-Muslim women and black mail. The Muslim nations made no efforts to stop such practices or protect the rights of non Muslims. Often there are threats given to non Muslim girl and her parents that girls family and siblings will be killed should the girl or wali not accept the Nikah.
Also accepting Islam is a one way street once you have accepted Islam you cannot convert back to Hinduism or Buddhism or Sikhism or Christianity. Shariah law mandates Muslims to kill anyone who shows intention to leave the fold of islam. Hence even those Muslims who leave Islam will never declare this publicly or even to their family.
Also understand even if you converted to islam and given copy of quran. This quran copy is not original quran no matter what your husband and other Muslim tell you this is a sanitized quran for non Muslim reading with fake narrative and translations. The original quran does not exist today quran is modified several times and if you need original quran read 600 year old Qur'an and do self translation of the same. There are no provisions in the 2022 laws that protect the rights of the children of non Muslim girls marrying a Muslim, until she has converted to islam and accepted Islam this is mandatory in shariah law. So the law changes do 2022 are cosmetic to fool non Muslims. Islam allows Muslims to take cash benefits from non Muslims as jaziya or right to cheat and loot non Muslims. Some people get fooled by cosmetic law changes and feel this is reform of shariah law no this is not reform this is politics of benefits that is allowed under political Islam.
To protect non Muslim women, all western and non Muslim countries should make it mandatory, the non-Muslim Girl should be asked to read then sign this affidavit before marriage so she know and is very clearly understands what she is getting into. Then given two month notice in advance to decide before finalizing the intention of marriage to think and sign the affidavit in court without any intoxication or force. And the non-Muslim woman at the time signing this affidavit should be in the custody of the parents or legal guardians, they cannot be away at the time or with Muslim husband or Muslim family.
Dubai has many qualities but when you see no negatives this is biased or paid interview cause Qatar and dubai know how to do self marketing very well. There are many facts he ignored when he gave 100/100 if he would give 70/100 I might have believed him.
According to me hindu nation are better for investment as growth is media is very agreessive to expose modi who is popular among majority.
