      I thought she would have gone with no concrete proof. It's obvious he did it but a lawyer that knows law could have got him off and just said he's a knucklehead and careless yes but no proof of being a killer. She placed him at the crime scene where his weapon was found 🤣🤣🤣. And said it wasn't him though. And of course he followed the case? Why not get her help if he knew she was still alive.

    This is the clearest case of ineffective counsel. There was so much circumstantial evidence that she proved, but should’ve casted doubt. This was horrible. If you’re innocent take the stand to save yourself. I would never put my life in her incapable hands.

    Ex military I know they have a lot to say about his undisclosed information how they cover for their own.. leave the ex girlfriend alone the cops never came to her home..     so if we were to give her argument any credence he would be guilty of: providing a minor with illicit drugs contributing to her death, falsifying a theft report, abuse of corpse (disposal of the body), lying to investigators/obstruction, tampering with evidence, accessing police sites and methods in furtherance of crime.
    I'd add if the other case was properly investigated, he'd also be guilty of stalking and B&E as well.

      He might have gotten parole someday, he's still young. Should have taken the deal in my opinion. Now he probably gets life without parole.

    The other lady that he stalked this lawyer tried to make it seem as though she wanted the attention or something but she was actually smart about it. She said she wanted evidence so she left him as her friend. To keep record. Also she says they were childhood friends.

    She’s his public defender not his paid for attorney which is obvious. I’ve been to Gwinnett jail plenty of times and court. She has her own law firm w her husband but also works as a public defender for so many inmates in the jail. She tried her best but it’s obvious he’s guilty as fucj
