Now, what that means, white males are a pox on civilization, and we need to deemphasize them, including in art class. Listened to Rush for about 20 years. Never caught him in a Lie. I cried for 2 weeks after he passed. RIP .
It's November 2022 and I miss Rush more than ever. He was such an inspirational soul. Even if I was having a horrible day I could always count on 3 hours of positivity in the midst of that.

For 25 years, Monday through Friday, 11am-2pm(I'm in the central time zone), Rush held all the leftist wacko craziness at bay. No matter the news of the day, at 11:06 M-F it was all going to be ok. The optimism the man had was unsurpassed. Life made sense. That's missing now. No one on the radio has that kind of confidence. On television Tucker seems to be ,in my opinion, the boldest voice out there. Rush would be proud of the man that Tucker is evolving into. Anyway, I appreciate your suggestion of Turley.
@@smyers6211 I agree. Rush was and is unsurpassed, and unequalled. I don't think any conservatives out there have the same faith in God that he had. I miss his "Talent on Loan from God," proclamation on the radio, and his open faith. Few Conservative commentators today give so much glory to Jesus Christ in their daily shows, unless they are also primarily offering Biblical commentary. I think that is one reason Rush is unsurpassed, he made God part of his everyday life, gave him credit for everything!

Late to this party, but rush says (about Trump), “it’s the elite vs. the real people”. What about Trump is “real” other than the fact he doesn’t have a filter? That’s what everyone loves about him, “he tells it like it is”. But he isn’t “real” in any sense of what you and I are. He’s never had to worry about how he’s going to eat or feed his child. He’s never had to face a tenth of the challenges your average American deals with. Is DC any better? No, but Trump never “drained the swamp”. Look at his choice for sec of education, Betsy DeVos. She’s a billionaire who has never been through the public school system, either herself or as a mother to a child in the system. Look at his choice to lead the USPS, Louis DeJoy. He is super wealthy and has financial interests that go against the postal service. I don’t get it at all. It’s like everyone is just lying to themselves about who he is because “he tells it like it is”.

one of the saddest days of my long life was when Rush passed away, his radio show was always a beacon of hope that got me through difficult times. what's even sadder is that i don't see anyone on the horizon who can even come close to replacing or equaling Rush.

When he passed it hurt like it was one of my family members. Never have i said that about anyone in the spotlight! Truly a Godsend.
Rush was the one who helped me put in a framework everything I already believed about the issues. He explained it in a way that helped me grasp it. His understanding was then the foundation upon which I was able to build a greater understanding of issues across the political spectrum. Been a listener since 1992. He is a genus and a God send to America as far as I'm concerned!

I absolutely adore Rush Limbaugh! I've been listening to his common sense show for over 40 years now. I've agreed with everything he's said through the years although I didn't want to. I kept thinking that he was just a blow-hard, know-it-all radio host and waited for him to slip up and make a dumb statement but he never did and he's still is as brilliant as he always has been. Thank you so much Rush for your wisdom!

Rush's voice changed when his hearing failed.... but I'm glad he found a solution.
Every1's voice changes when they loose their hearing. I grew up hanging around with several, probably as many as a dozen or so, over abouta 20-25 yr period, seen some later as hearing loss grew more & you can definitely tell differences
That said, sure don't affect his brain does it??! Matter of fact I've always heard that when you're lacking in 1 sense it sharpens the others, whatever the case, it dangd sure ain't hurt his sense of perception
We need better monitor equipment for professionals in radio/TV, such as full over the ear headphones.. not ear pieces. I am fortunate being a musician and in radio for awhile to have used full range (hifi) Sennheiser HD-420SL headphones... absolutely no hearing loss.

I did not know either.
Years ago I could hear his speech starting to slur as his hearing faded away. Had to be an awful feeling knowing he was losing his hearing just at the time his life dream radio career became a reality. He very nearly lost it all. I have to respect the man as he kept his positive outlook throughout the entire ordeal.
