I love how he’s not overly political but instead cares more about humanity. He doesn’t vote for politics, he votes for people. He votes for love and safety. Whether you identify as a republican or democrat doesn’t matter when you vote for art. This man votes for art and hope and community and that’s beautiful to me. I love how accepting he is of other people’s beliefs but at the same time knows his own priorities. It’s beautiful, I love to see men like this. 😭

Feel like Gerard Way is sympathetic to Trump or something along those lines, unless he's just really tepid about politics which isn't an impossibility. I think if Gerard really hated Trump, he'd just come out and trash him like Ray or other celebrities do, but he just goes into long diatribes about broad subjects where he sometimes doesn't even mention Trump. Not that I would care if he does or doesn't like Trump anyway, tho.
