Perceval Hess pirating is free plus it has an integrated training mode to help you get better in the “usamume” patch, plus it supports widescreen! Not to mention gay bowser still being present

Zebra 2015 It says you can only redownload if you’ve archived the game. Therefore if you lose your Switch and you’ve purchased the game digitally then it’s gone forever

I have bought all my Nintendo developed games on sale. sure. its usually only 30% off, but still. :) but yes. they are not very keen on putting them on sale. they were better in the beginning. now when the Switch is a definite success they aren't as frequent with sales anymore. I bought Zelda, Mario Odyssey, Captain Road, Tropical Freeze, Mario Kart 8, snipper clips and Splatoon 2...all on sales

I'm so hype, never got to play the actual mario 64, played it on DS but it was not the same. If memory serves me correctly you started off as yoshi in that game
@@fleeinggenie0933 In the original Mario 64 you only ever got to play as Mario. The DS version has you start out as Mario but you unlocked other characters with unique traits as you played.

How is sunshine gonna work since the gamecube controller had the variable type trigger choosing how you shoot water from how hard you pulled the trigger?

The game cube didn't have a true analog trigger system
Each trigger has two settings
As the switch has two back buttons instead of two this shouldn't be difficult to solve
I wish the Mario 64 would have the cool feature the DS edition had. The one where you can also play as Luigi, Wario and Yoshi.

Is anyone a bit disappointed that 64 looks exactly the same as it did on the 64? Its the same game I played a million times. They couldn't do something like the crash or spyro remake just for mario 64?
There were no rumours about remakes, so nobody disapointed here.

I already bought this Super Mario compilation game for the Nintendo Switch from Smyths in my home city of Dublin, Ireland 🇮🇪 since last Wednesday (23-09-2020).
I'm playing Super Mario 64. I remember playing it on N64 when I was a kid. Super Mario 64 is totally awesome! I absolutely love that Super Mario game!

I'm buying it regardless since SMG is my favourite game of all time, but I couldn't help being disappointed seeing that this isn't a remaster or a remake. This looks like a straight 1080p port which is pretty lazy, sucks that I'm a Nintendo fanboy

it used Wiimote IR pointing for collecting the stars, and joycon doesnt have it (max if you hold the joycontroller rotated by 180degrees and they will sell sensor bar xd)
The Nintendo website states the Joy Cons will replicate the original Wii remote controls.

Okay, now this is bone chilling. Ever since my Nintendo 64 stopped working I dreaded not being able to complete super Mario 64 with no BLJ or any skips (since I never got the time to get it on the first 500 tries). I’m also excited because galaxy was a fantastic gaming expirence growing up aswell. Never bought sunshine tho, assuming you collect suns like you would collect stars in 64. I’m open to people replying and telling me what I should be excited for in sunshine. 👌🏼

As someone who has played games since the original nintendo it blows my mind that these are all going to fit on an sd card.
Why would it blow your mind ? SD cards hold high storage and these games file sizes where small, in comparison to today. Super mario 64 was 8MB only, SM sunshine was 1.4gb and SM galaxy is 3.7gb, so all in all rounded up it will probably only be 4GB. The thing that blows my mind is the fact that I used to have N64 cartridges and never thought in the future that I would be able to walk around with a portable device that played these game with ease. I also never thought I would be able to play something like PS1 games on a mobile phone, as if it was nothing.
I mean I did have a Sega Gamegear back in the day and obviously GameBoys as well, but they where not comparable to the actual physical consoles and the game quality.
Really hope they make a new Sunshine on top of this one day

After taking a nintendo console break with my teenage years, my 3D mario gap has been mario 64 then odyssey. Never played sunshine or galaxy but I've heard plenty about em. So freaking happy this is real!

That was done 23 years ago, in a patched version released in Japan. Everyone who's a true Mario fan knows this. I, for instance, was made aware of this three weeks ago, when I saw a TAS-bot run of that version.
This game comes out a week after my birthday. Now here's the hardest decision I have to make. Get it in a couple weeks or wait a few months for christmas...

Arrow Accurate Gaming actually found it ok using the pro controller. Helps having a higher resolution so less hud getting in the way
