Have Fun Playing The Room! Probably one of my favorite sequential solvers since playing Myst and their games! I'm sure you know of the sequels to "The Room"! Just as good and just as weird. Apparently there are multiple endings too!

I generally love the aesthetics of having a physical item but this is a whole different type of puzzle design and I respect that. Looks like I'll have to look into getting a twitch account

Also, The Talos Principle is a great puzzle game!
Absolutely loved this. Some super minor things the cam window does take up quite a bit of space, but probably doesn't need much scrunching down depending on the game. I know there was some kind of heartbeat sound effect, but it feels like I was hearing popping from the mic so ya might want a pop filter.

I've played The Room 1-4 and I'll say you're in for quite a treat. The lore within the series is as intriguing as it is mysterious, and each ending leaves you wanting more. With that said I strongly encourage you continue the series and uncover it's mysteries.

I love the idea of 189 people tryna solve 1 puzzle together. You're a genius and a master Chris.
I'm sure somebody's already mentioned this but the Blue Yeti has a specific way of picking up sound when it's in the cardioid setting, so you'd basically have to angle your mic differently so that the front is facing your mouth instead of talking to the top of the mic.

Yes!! The Room and the Witness are amazing!! And some of my family helped redevelop Myst and add new content for the remaster, can't wait to see that played (and maybe Riven and the other sequels too??)

I used to play all the puzzle and adventure games on the pc when I was younger: Atlantis I and II, Myst, the 13th hour etc. On tablet games I’ve played all the versions of the Room, the house of DaVinci, Legacy, 157 Chapter I etc. Love them!
Yessss he is finally playing ” the room.” I almost beat the whole series i freaking love them.
love the setup! tubing runs deffo hit the futuristic electrical conduit vibes too. one thing i'd suggest is a pop filter for the mic, especially if you're using it close to you. audio is always a bit finnicky though and can take a fair bit of dialing in to get just right

Digital puzzles are cool, I haven't seen many before. Your new computer looks very nice, I didn't understand much of what you said about it but the cooling fluid Tubes made it look like a spaceship or something. Thanks for the great video Chris! 🧡💙💜

That computer(THOSE computerS lol) is(ARE) the GREATEST BUILD(s) I have seen ALL YEAR!!!! The CHERRY on top(BOTTOM) is that fridge on the floor next to the desk(S)!!
I wish you would take a pic that shows both desks with the computers in the center, with the chairs off to the side so you can see how clean the wiring is under the desks (yes, cable management is REALLY important) so we can bask in the glory that is the "Double-X 10 Puzzle Crusher" (it was the first name that came to me) - you HAVE to name a MASTERPIECE of ART & TECHNOLOGY like this... (maybe you could have viewer vote type thing to name it)
----++++I'm not sure how much you know about computers, but this setup is truly a MASTERPIECE!! I'm not exaggerating AT ALL!!! If I were to build this for someone I'm think I would have to charge the customer about $8,000 for it, easily! (maybe 6 if she's cute lol) - I'm not a custom PC builder but I have seen QUITE A FEW recently, so that price is just a guess off the top of my head, so don't think you got ripped off it you paid more - I'm basically talking out my ass LOL
But you need to know that it is an AMAZING WORK OF ART!!! - It takes a BRAVE ARTIST to use hardline that long and straight and make it look good, but who ever did it just put XIDAX ON THE MAP!!!!! :D I hope you REALLY enjoy what you have because you can't get much better than this right now :D!!!

wow immediately as soon as I saw that puzzle on the screen and you just going around it it immediately reminded me of the Birdcage series of where in augmented reality there are creatures trapped in cages and goal is to free them while unraveling the story behind their imprisonment. I find it such beauty in both the first game and the second one. I find two issues though: 1 being you gotta pay for the full experience but that's what you gotta do for AR games and 2nd the hidden mechanics made my head spin in trying to figure out what they meant.
