I love seeing Spawn coach. What a level-headed guy.
He is phenomenal.
Two things i noticed thats really cool to see was:
1. Spawn's attitude as a coach is really amazing to see, when you win convincingly, ESPECIALLY game 1 in a bo5 i can imagine its really easy to get ahead of yourself but Spawn immediately put focus on mistakes and strategy for the rest of the series without focusing much on the stomp. Seems like a super good quality to have as a head coach.
2. The way Steve behaved, at least what we saw. Him being there as the owner shows that he really does care about the success of the team and he wants to win. But between games he didnt talk leaving all the conversation to the players and the coaches so they could focus. I can imagine as the owner, he was super energized finally being in a finals again and them getting ahead in the series, but he controlled his emotions enough so that the players could focus. Shows he has complete trust in the system, the players and the staff he hired really fun to see.
Im super happy about the win, having been a fan ever since the rebrand from Curse it feels good to have the team back on top! Love TL!
I think one of the most important moments was hearing APA say "calm down" when the comms got cluttered near the end of game 4. I would've expected that from CoreJJ or Impact, but to hear such a young player point it out to the team and then to see that they ACTUALLY LISTENED to him was such a great moment. Especially after last year when he really didn't have a voice. I feel so proud of this kid and love that we stuck with him this season ❤️

Who ever did the background music for this vidoe did such a spectacular job. I especially love the "lets go liquid" synced to the background music at 13:28 , and the audience countdown synced to the background music at 16:00. The audio work is just so good.

I also love that you could tell the players actually listened to Spawn's comment about hectic coms. You could hear APA point it out to the team as they were one fight away from winning the series, and the team actually listened to APA. The players obviously respect Spawn and remembered this piece of feedback.

Spawn's coaching style seems so measured and meaningful. He knows what he's talking about, but he also recognizes his role as the designated driver in discussions that get hype-y or heated. A model coach.

Fellow old here! Voyboy, Saint, Nyjacky, Cop, Rhux was the first lineup I became a fan of. My friend got most of the team to sign my Rammus hat back at IPL 5 in Vegas. Shit was hype!

Success is never due to one particular thing, but goodness Spawn just seems too overpowered. His demeanor, attention to detail and overall coaching outlook is amazing to see in action. It’s funny because he said they learned from LPL/LCK teams at worlds and it shows in their gameplay. Not just because they win, but simply a step ahead of the enemy team, always gaining advantage.
He is an amazing coach and a great person to lead!

Started following TL when when immortals was first disbanded and a good portion of the roster went to TL i was gifted with 4 split championships. There was always so much potential in apa and yeon and so happy that the team wasn't completely blown up after last all the curtsicim all the doubt and they turned it around like we knew they would LETS GO LIQUID!!
Seeing Liquid112 run out of the team room to the main stage made me so happy. Love this org and the people behind it❤❤

It's nice that even with the fun smack talk the team seems humble and knows they can always improve. I'm so glad we finally won again. I LOVE this scrappy TL, we've always done the best when we're scrappy instead of the cool, calm, collected, slowly lose games TL from years prior.

This video even got me emotional. As a day 1 TL fan even before league and also rooted for curse before the merge I love seeing the success of this org. I’ll never forget meeting the team at the 2019 summer finals in Detroit and also meeting the cs team back in Columbus 2016 (they even signed a hyperx headset that I won). My favorite thing that happened this year was impact coming back to support APA and Yeon alongside Core and getting just a solid player like Umti to wrap the whole thing up nicely. I can’t wait for MSI. Let’s go Liquid!

Wow the behind the scenes look at the coaching really goes to show how much of an impact Spawn had. From a viewer perspective we don’t know everything that goes into match days like this. To see Spawn be so informative but level headed, direct but not controlling, was very cool to see and I think a huge reason the players were able to Smurf so hard.

Spawn is the best and most impactful coach I have ever seen.

Steve, this is your team! You scouted the players and picked them, and last year you wanted Umti on the team, but obviously signing a world champion is a lot more exciting. Don't let Dodo control the signings, the coaches should be working together with the org to follow the right direction but also your input on what star players you are considering for the team. Dodo isn't Faker, he's not the best player out there, don't think that his opinion outweighs the opinion of all the other coaches, or the opinion of one of the players on the team. It's hard to manage a team for you or Ocelote or Jack since it's hard to judge, but your opinion as well as good measures and good skill level recognition or eye tests matter as well.
Tbh i was rooting for flyquest but mad respect to TL, ive definitely cheered against them at times as a TSM -> SR fan and was critical of them. But I especially like UmTi and hope he stays, even though BROlievers miss him :(
