    چوکنڈی قبرستان
On the highway from Karachi to Thatta, about 8 km from Quaidabad, behind Pakistan Steel Mill and its residential colony, Steel Town, behind the Razzaqabad Police Training Center, is the Chokundi Cemetery. The 600-year-old cemetery is home to great personalities who died during the 15th and 18th centuries.
These tombs are attributed to the two tribes "Jokhio" and "Balochs". Since all the tombs here have four corners, this is probably the reason why it is known as "Choukandi Cemetery". This stone is still found and used in the same color in Jang Shahi.
Beautiful carvings have been made on the graves of the men. In addition to this, there are also carvings of swordsmanship, horsemanship and swords, daggers, and so on. The tombs of men and women can be easily identified, it is amazing to see how these multi-layered designs could have been made in the days when scientific instruments were not even available, and these designs have been made with such skill that The other layers of the tombs have not been damaged in any way. The sophistication with which these graves have been excavated indicates that many gravediggers would have spent days or months on one tomb.
