Oh they are the cutest chicks. Their little sounds are precious 🥰. I know you all will enjoy watching them grow. Look like you have a lot of babies, a whole flock. 😊💜

I love hearing Eleanor talk about which eggs belong to which chickens and the way she handles the baby chicks. She’s becoming very knowledgeable about her chickens like her friend Mary Carl over at Cog Hill.

This is so much fun to watch as you pick the chicks to put in the chicken coop as the other mother hens hatch their eggs. Love this! The chicks are adorable.💕🙏🏻🙋🏼‍♀️

Be still my heart! Those baby chicks are so precious! Amazing to watch the mama's puffing themselves up and laying on the eggs. Then the one tending to them all - - I wonder if she's thinking where did these all come from?? But gets busy taking care of them. Thank you for sharing! :o)

Aren't they the sweetest! I think she's thinking that too and guess what...2 weeks later and we still have 2 mama's on eggs. They won't quit!

I'm so sorry to hear that Ann, we have a bunch of boys over here. I'm not sure where you're located (we're in Alabama) but I'd be happy to share!

Isn’t that a blue Cochin? We used to have one. We also had silkies and bantys. Of course our first ones were Rhode Island Reds.
    Prayers and Blessings always ♥️🙏♥️🌧
Jami, at Ima Survivor Sanctuary has a duck that hatched chickens, and the poor duck can’t understand why they won’t go and get into the pond.

It is :) A very sweet man gave her to Eleanor at our first Poultry Show. Her name is Ariel :) Oh that's funny! Our mama duck is still sitting on chicken eggs, though we don't know if she'll be successful. That's really cute!
