PAYMENT TERMS for direct bookings
- 50% down-payment to reserve date, Balance to be paid on or 7 days before booking date. (Failure to pay balance on the deadline forfeits down payment.)
- Security deposit of P5,000/booking, to be paid upon settlement of balance- in case of any damage to property or missing items
