I think the company should issue an NOC mentioning to accompany the children with you (wife should apply for this). That will be required to attain an S visa for your children. Otherwise, you should ask the embassy there for what exact documentation they need for this.
The other case that comes to my mind is one of you should be present there to attain their visa.

Wslam, three months jo ap count kr rhi hain uska mtlb hai k 3 months k andr andr ap ne travel krna hai.
Jb ap yahan pohnchein gi to within 30 days apko residence permit k liye apply krna hai. Uski date apko apky hsuband k residence permit k according milygi. Yani unka 15 september tk hai apko b 15 september tk ki date milygi
Apka visa normal proceed hoga. Agr ap husband k isi residence permit pe apna visa application proceed krti hain, to visa interview me ap se is short term k baary me questions wgyra kr skty hain.
Behtr solution ye hai k ap k husband pehly apna residence permit extend krwayen, then uski base pe visa me b koi msla nhi hoga, jb ap yahan aa k residence permit k liye apply kriengi to automatically extended date jo apky husband ki hogi wo milygi.

I don't think they require police certificate.
And about medical exam i found this on a website

Kiya 1 saal k bachay ki flight ticket buy kerney prhti hai after the visa? Ya wo mother ki flight ticket pe he travel ker skta hai baby.?
You have to buy an infant ticket for a baby (applies to less than 2 years old). It does not include seat.
For 2-12 years there is half ticket, which includes seat for the child.
If wife is inviting husband, CNIC phir bhi husband k naam pe hona chahaye?
Ji bilkul, cnic and passport both should be in the name of husband.

Yes you can, separate applications to be submitted (with set of copies separately).
Salam, I want to ask that my work permit and residence permit was issued for six months and ends in aug , Can I invite my wife on s1 visa? my Z AND R VISA will expire in 2 months or should i apply for s2? i want her to stay long there but i am not sure about the law .
It will probably be s2 visa. If you renew your visa first and then apply for her visa for a longer stay then you may be able to apply s1 for her.

Sometimes they issue visas to children but not husbands, but in this case, there are two children, so maybe you apply all at once with the proper documentation
Otherwise, first she will get her x1 visa through an admission letter and university materials. And then she will apply for an s1 visa based on her study visa for other family members
