Sepultura is still active 'till this day but the singer and the drummer left the band they're Igor (the younger) and Max (the older) of the Cavalera brothers, Max and Igor have a band they play together in "Cavalera Conspiracy" and with Max band "Soulfly", Derek Green get the Max place as Singer and Igor was replaced by Eloy Casagrande, both of then very skilled and tallented musicians.
I saw Max and Igor as Cavalera Conspiracy back in '08. They played this song but they brought out Igor's 13 yr. old son to play drums. He killed it just like Pops. Sepultura are still around but with only one true original member, bassist Paulo Jr. Guitarist Andres Kissear joined the band on their second album Schizophrenia which has a rerecorded version of this song as a bonus track.
I'm brazilian and this band is one of my favorites... Pantera too... Great jobbbb...keep going with reacts !!! Sorry by my englishhhhh !!! I just try writing something !!!!!
Oh yes. I was there for that tour in Manchester's international 2. Epic gig. Totally epic. Those were the days. Proper gigs no security. Totally manic. Loved every second.
This was normal someone jumped from the PA, I'm so thankfull my youth was in the 90s. I saw Sepultura 3x, Soulfly 3x, Pantera 2x, CC 2x, Slayer 3x and many more. That with the security became normal after this assh. murdered Dime. RIP Dimebag React to Pantera - Domination Live in Moscow
I remember the first time I heard Sepultura, back in 1992, with 12 years old just blew my mind, same feeling ‘till this day. Bad day? Just listen to Morbid Visions or Schizophrenia or Beneath or Arise, best vitamin ever!! Sepultura, Cavalera brothers, pride of South America!! 🤟🤟🤟🤟
If you want to see a similar jump, but more epic, check out S.O.D. - "March of the S.O.D./Sargent D" from the Live in Budokan show. There you would see the vocalist taking a plunge into the crowd from the top of the speakers and even fighting with someone for the microphone! Epic show!
When the singer Max Cavalera left Sepultura, he started a band called Soulfly that is still going today. No one ever reacts to them if you want a niche. Try Jumpdafuckup (with Corey Taylor from Slipknot), Plata O Plomo, or Rise Of The Fallen.
video of the real sepultura. they were without a doubt one of the best, pure high energy live bands out there. the pit t aa sepultura show or a slayer show were absolutely brutal. i miss both bands
there still active, but pretty much all new members, , the lead singer max started a new band called soulfly ways back. i think thier still active, pretty much all new members i believe
Their is no Sepultura without Max. Amazing band. Now its time to check out Gojira. “Wisdom Comes” “Clone” “where Dragons Dwell” “gift of Guilt” “Art of Dying” “rememberance”....... this list goes on
They are still active, but with another vocalist and drummer (which is excellent too). The last album, Quadra, is great. Check out the song Guardians of the Earth
i love your guys for that peace of history, my youth years, thank you very mutch. Why Sepultura song today? P.S. That flying guy was a Tom Cruise in "Top gun" P.S. 2 "Under Siege" is a best live performance in a metal history (yeah, Nightwish equalized...)
I was just saying there still going but with a different singer. I know theres a different drummer too as max and igor left but they would notice the different singer immediatly.
in 80's was very typical to do diving from the speakers to the people I did it my self a couple of times, ahhahaha good times then! Once in a Manowar concert back earlier 80's in Portugal a BIG (dam big fat guy) dive from the speaker to the audience. When the people saw that big guy diving they though "hell no way to catch him" so the guy splash on the floor, happily he didn't get hurt but he gets a bit dizzy for a while looooool
I'm a guy from small town of Far East of Russia and somehow i get VHS-tape with this concert in a late 90's. And it's just blown my mind. I was like 15 years old and decied to be a drummer, because of Igor's insane drumming there. Just like that, i saw it, and understand my future path: "this is it, now i know".
I’ll take Metallica over the other two. I can’t really understand what this guy is saying, although the music is good. Never got on with Slayer either.
I witnessed max cavalera’s son do the same ( jump into the crowd into the crowd from the speakers during this song) a few years ago, max was not happy.
Havent seen a speaker dive since the 90s … I watched the crowd part when someone did a speaker dive. No one wanted a combat boot in the head … that’s why they were rare back then, even, but that dude jumped from WAY up … thats some BOLD shit! I hope for his sake the crowd didnt part, but I hope for the crowd’s sake, they did … someone got hurt there, I can guarantee it
True story. I saw White Zombie in a small bar in Dayton, Ohio on March 3, 1993 before they broke big with their second album (their first album with Thunder Kiss '65 was kind of a slow burn and had been out for awhile before it started getting big). There was maybe 500 people there tops, but I suspect it was more like 250-300. Anyway, Zombie played for like 3 hours, including a bunch of songs that I assume were from Astro Creep 2000 which didn't come out over two years later. The only reason that show stopped was because the lead singer of the local band that opened for Zombie (Scorched Earth Policy if I remember right) did a stage dive...AND NO ONE CAUGHT HIM. (There wasn't enough people there TO catch him). Rob Zombie just stopped mid-song and said "Show's over." Never did hear if he was ok, but that concert is still the best concert I have ever been to and only lives on in my memory. The guy I rode to the show with got kicked out rather early on for crowd surfing (!!!), but had dropped his keys in the pit and they wouldn't let him back in. So he had to wait outside until the show finished to get his keys, and I still had a ride home. Good times.
Sepultura is still active but the only original member is the lead guitar player. The vocalist (Max)and drummer ( Igor ) are brothers and are now the Cavalera Conspiracy. Also Max Cavalera has Soulfly. all active bands.
yes kids, back in the day was normal people diving from ceilings..
Inner self from this show is pure gold, try it!

I saw Max and Igor as Cavalera Conspiracy back in '08. They played this song but they brought out Igor's 13 yr. old son to play drums. He killed it just like Pops. When the singer Max Cavalera left Sepultura, he started a band called Soulfly that is still going today. No one ever reacts to them if you want a niche. Try Jumpdafuckup (with Corey Taylor from Slipknot), Plata O Plomo, or Rise Of The Fallen.

Active band? Yes. Legit metal legends - Metallica, Slayer, Sepultura.
I’ll take Metallica over the other two. I can’t really understand what this guy is saying, although the music is good. Never got on with Slayer either.

Troops of Olodum
Tocan metal y recién acaban de conocer y reaccionar a estos temas de sepultura ?????
Possers
Sepultura is still active but the only original member is the lead guitar player. The vocalist (Max)and drummer ( Igor ) are brothers and are now the Cavalera Conspiracy. Also Max Cavalera has Soulfly. all active bands.
Paulo Xisto, the bass player, is also an original member.
Technically Andreas is not an original member, I'm pretty sure Paulo isn't either.
React to Angra - Carolina IV
Nevermore-the obsidian conspiracy
ORGASMATRON (DONINGTON 1994)
