But to others it could be like stating on obvious fact or just useless ass kissing. I think it really depends on the person and their current mindset. Me personally, I would never turn down a compliment. Though I might be a little awkward if someone start saying that kinda stuff about me. Seems kinda weird, not sure how to explain why.

FIR is even better for rats because all those hideout and barter items that chads just bought on flea for chump change are like 50k now and rats are supplying it
The new found in raid flee market only favors and encourages rat gameplay even more tho - you find something, you better make it to extract quick or go camp until you wont get a run through and then you profit because prices are so incredibly inflated
@Nipes 101 So if you extract in Tarkov there are two possible outcomes - you get the Run through status or Survived status. To get the Survived status you need to earn a specific amount of experience during the raid (iirc it is 600, which equals to some looting or killing one scav and a bit looting for example) or spend at least 10 minutes in said raid. If you do not fulfill those requirements, you will get a run through.
Achieving the Survived status allows you to sell the items you have found during the raid on the flee market to other people, otherwise you can only sell them to traders (usually at a much lower price). Also a few quests in the game require you to achieve a Survived status on some maps to complete them
no matter what bsg do, rats will always exist in eft, its the only way they know how to play the game lol. kinda sad..

This whole 'rat' and chad thing surprisingly really landed with the community lol
Because they are known play styles just didn't have a great label. Rats were usually called hatchling or some variant looking for loot and wouldn't fight unless backed into a corner or they set a trap. Chads are just the "typical player" looking for fire fights and loot.
I just stared playing this game, and CZcams recommended me this guy video... He looks like an old friend that I don't see for about 15 years, and he speaks like him ! I've never played Tarkov, but this strategy worked the same in an old turn based racing game I played called Darkwind War on Wheels.
Its a turn based post-apocalyptic car combat game with an open world, and more importantly, an open economy.

I used to sit in the M4 section of the Flea Market while I was doing other stuff. I'd sort by newest post, use the filter of (1x) and set an upper cost ceiling of 225k so I didn't have to wade through people selling stacks of prebuilt guns and idiots that think their rifle's worth 1.2 million.
Chads killing other Chads would post hyper-meta SAI M4's for anywhere from like 100k-220k and I'd scoop them up and piece them off for 300-550k. Sometimes they'd have a red buffer kit (100k) or a drum filled with 995 - that was the real jackpot.
It was *so* easy to piece off like 4 rifles and fund a couple raids with trickle-down-chad-economy gear.
GODS I WAS STRONG BACK THEN.
