I was just about to ask if you noticed that nowadays the korean whales goes from the usual Rare dark + rare light + rare [element] to Rare dark + rare [element] + 4* [element] But I guess the meta changed because the elemental wisp can only gave their special effect (and debuff) when using the 4* element only, and not applicable to the rare [element] ones So the pattern would be Rare dark + Neutral wisp (presumably the shackles one because it give DMG and not ATK) and then for pve: 4* [element] + [element] wisp Rare [element] + Whatever neutral wisp you got left for pvp: Rare Light + PvP wisp (the throne or screw ones) Rare [element] + Neutral wisp
