- Front mounted ATV mower made from dairy cattle & chicken recycled fence posts and other scrap metal, electrical cabinet door, homemade ATV tracks wheels and CNC cut sprockets leftovers, old table top steel framing, Ski-Doo 377 steering linkage, used car rear axle and a Honda GX340 general purpose engine. Every part except belts, bearings and some bolts are reused and used even for the third time. It's cheap and functional. I ditto everything PacoWang says. You are the Man. Someone has taught you well in life to do all this. Great welding as well.
Thanks, I got to hand it you, (and whoever taught you) you really know how to metal fab, probably anything you set your mind to.
You had me at rubber couplings to minimize rock damage to drive system. And then you brought out the caterpillar drive. Bravo sir, bravo.
The best part is him riding the carriage frame down the shop ramp! Gotta have fun at your work!
Man o Man, Very Nice to See Someone Still Doing GOOD HARD WORK !!
Your shop has a nice assortment of tools and your knowledge & skill using them is very impressive. Great build! I enjoy reclaiming, reusing, recycling what is on hand & enjoy getting ideas from other DIYers that do the same. Stay well, Joe Z
Wow!!! You are definitely a master engineer. I enjoyed watching this build so much, thank you.
Very well thought out and executed. You young man are a mechanical genius. Thanks for sharing.
Just freakin' brilliant. Keep them coming!
Love the workmanship.
It's clear you have given a lot of thought to the various components of this build. From the rubber isolator, to the over-center motor engagement.
I worked around heavy equipment fabrication for many years which involved ALL the processes you employed in this project. Your skill set is amazing.
Did those processes include riding the cart out into the field during the rain?
Great work as always! Thank you for sharing!
You mastered that mower the blades are perfectly in line and in balance to the last gram, a couple weeks ago I was mower grass for hay on are farm with a 4 drum I think it 2.5 meter in length and the blade holder snapped of becoming a brick when though it and it shuck its balls off the part weighs 250 grams and the parts shop didn't have a new one so I had to weld one together and I was 30 grams to heavy and I thought it close enough got to the field started her up and it's going off again like crazy just shows what a good job you did to get it spot on 👍
Very cool. I miss welding and fabricating. I worked at a company where I was the Lead mechanic with all my plus rates (welder-mechanic-machinist-pipefitter-millwright) so I had lots of tittles and The ones I used the most was my welding, mechanic, and machinist. I was forced out at 62, (Down sizing)and I miss that job, but I really enjoy being retired. I am building up my equipment, but I need a tabletop lathe.
Most impressive video seen yet. Your talent should be worth millions to any MFG in the US. Hats Off and God Speed.
dude !~! you are a mad scientist, great work. been building stuff all my life and never seen anything like this.wow !!
You sir are a Master! Unbelievable engineering and craftsmanship skill Donn.
I second that notion
no doubt about it, that Man is indeed a Master of Engineering,

Great build👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Ingenuity at its finest. Kudos to you! Great ideas!
This man is a genius. Well done. I love doing stuff like this but not this complicated. I have built several surface drive mud motors from scratch but nothing like this. Great work and thanks for the excellent filming.
Thank you. It's not complicated at all. Just looks like it. :D
well done!!! you should be recognized for this incredible invention.
Awesome project. You did an amazing job, great skills my friend. Keep up the top-notch fabrication!
You sir are a genius. This is when no one makes anything worth a darn, so you build it your self.
I know it's alot of work involved, but you can build some awesome stuff. You mill your own pulleys. That alone is noteworthy. Very inspiring videos. Good job.

You my friend are a hell of a fabricator
I like that you didn't put in music. Kudos.
No
Props for making something that doesn't look like it'll chop someone's leg off, unlike many "diy builds" on youtube.
Thank you so much for the tip at 6:51!!! Now I dont have to go through the trouble of making a keyway in the hub.
No worries. I'm glad to help out. Thanks for watching!
Smart guy. I couldn't come close even if I had all the tools!
IMPRESSIVE work!
Wow, you have skills!! Nice job!!!
Very cool to see someone machine all these parts. Also, beautiful photography!
Thank you!
very kool! you should get funded on kickstarter then you can sell these to everyone who has a atv and big yard. the hard part is done which is the prototype. awesome keep sharing!
Good old garage engineering. I like to think I am a pretty good DIYer. After seeing this, I'm gonna go bury my head in the sand. Fantastic job and creativity.

Cheers! Angle grinders are so universal.
Weapon of grass destruction. Very nice.

Really sweet would be PTO driven for a compact tractor. Great build. Love watching a project like this. Awesome editing, too. Keeps it moving along. Top marks!!
It's just a matter of removing the engine and making connections for the three point hitch behind a tractor. ;) Thanks for watching!
I'd like to see that project! PTO pull behind mower with an engine mounted and pulled by ATV, zero turn, golf cart....whatever.
damn you're a natural mechanical engineering genius
*The best of all is when you see the results of the work and the project working. Congratulations*
Stunning craftsmanship. Attention to detail. Every woman wants a man that can do this, if need be.... Every employer, wishes they could have someone this smart, and make things like this happen. The way i was raised..if you dont have it...make it....if you dont know how....learn....
Really good systems you made!
Cool idea! 👍
Nice Upgrade!
You are an unbelievable craftsman.
Great job Donn. Niche and particular cut and bonding. Like that working at last.

Great Job!! Love the Foreman! Honda Foreman's are the best!!
Yeah, Foreman's are beasts on the work front.
An absolutely awesome build - I would class that as a complete design and manufacture process right out of the garage - well done to you
Thank you very much. :)
Parabéns. , com ferramentas e criatividade vai longe.

I have only three words for your young man,, Totally awesome build!

Heck yeah. Nice job. Not everybody has access to a lathe, but when you do, make something. It don't get much better than mowing with a 4 wheeler.
This Has A-Team written all Over. Great video.
As much as I want to be BA it can never happen. I'd be more close to resembling Murdoch in both appearance and the way I act sometimes. :D
Отлично! Молодец! Очень понравилось!
Outstanding!!
Cheers!
I got scared when he pulled out the track🤣😂
