The “new” Dollar Shave Club blades are really trash, will never buy again after been forced to switch. Years of membership but quit due to this. Never again. Blades really irritate my face, unable to use it for head shaving, need multiple passes vs just one pass with the old Executive Blades.

The 6 blade DSC works awesome on my head
I switched over to Jeremy's razors, had been a long-term user and very happy with their products until they cancelled the heritage series that is no longer available.
Damn that sucks I’ve never heard of them tho!
I finally had to switch over to DSC's new blades and I agree with everything. The Club series is awful. I'll try out the Jeremy razors.
I cancelled my DSC membership because of these junk blades. These things are just plain awful, I don't why they went and changed anything but it's going to cost them in the long run. I can't even make it through 1 head shave with this trash blade.

The 6 blade dollar shave club razor is junk too. DSC will go out of business soon.
I was just 'forced' to switch to the new CLUB series from DSC. I absolutely hate it. It is cheap, doesn't cut very well and feels cheap. I can get the idea of developing your own blades and ensuring that you are being good stewards to the environment - the new CLUB blades are about 1/2 the materials as the older HERITAGE series. I loved the HERITAGE series blades and handles. I have been a DSC member and subscriber since 2014. 9 years and they rolled out a crappy set of blades. The blade you are showing and the handle, is the CLUB series - their latest - it sucks. You can no longer 'subscribe' to the HERITAGE series and I would have to just order stuff every time I start to run out... so unsure of whether I am going to shift to Harrys or manual ordering through DSC until they discontinue their HERITAGE line altogether.
Glad you brought some clarity to me on that! I didn’t know the difference between the Heritage and Club lines!
I too used to use the Heritage series and the Club series sucks!
See my recent post about Dorco Blades in Amazon. The Dorco Pace 6 Plus is a the exact Executive Blade nixed by DSC.

I have to agree with you, and thanks for posting this video. Not sure what Harry's customer service is like, but so far there is no way to make contact with DSC thru email or phone, can't get ahold of the people taking my $'s, that is sketchy to me. DSC doesn't want feedback from their customers. DSC discontinued their "Original Blades" which were perfect, at least for me, and went to the cheap/junk blades that were in the stores. Very disappointing. I might try Harry's if DSC doesn't bring back the original blades and handles.
DSC has awesome blades. I just think you don't know how to shave properly

Spend $1.50 more and get the 6 blade razors with Dollar Shave Club. After testing a few different top blade makers for shaving my head, including Harry's, the 6-blade razors from DSC are all I've used for about 4 years now. I agree that the razors you reviewed here, the 4-blade razors, are not very good, but I moved up to the 6-blade and have never looked back. I also tried out several top name mainstream brands during my initial comparison, and found that 6-blade razors from DSC even outperform brands like Gillette, which cost like twice as much, in every way. I get a closer shave, no razorburn or bumps and the blades themselves also last for many more shaves than everything else I compared them to. Definitely give the 6-blade razors from Dollar Shave Club a try!
I should have mentioned that the 6 blade razors give me bumps! Just a little too close for me! But maybe I should give them a try!
Fully agree the old Executive Blades are excellent, the one that replaced them (in 2023) are really trash. Do not buy.
DSC shave cream smell bad.
Dollar shave in razors are terrible
Just got one on a lighting Amazon deal. I think cheapie dollar tree razors are better.
