I used to be scared of the dentist too. But thankfully I have a calm, kind, and caring dentist that makes sure I’m alright during the appointments
Girl you're NOT overdramatic, trust. I fully understand, the dentist is fucking terrifying. I KNOW I need to go but I literally bawl my eyes out at the thought. I understand the struggle, and it's real. 😭🙏
Tara you are completely real for showing your true emotions, I have severe anxiety and I am terrified of the dentist so I understand completely how you feel, I wish I lived near you because I would go with you and hold your hand. I love you girl and your teeth are beautiful. Keep going trust me because I neglected my teeth for so many years then I spent hours and hours and hours there for like 4 years straight, had root canals on every single tooth in my mouth but one and they slowly fell apart and I lost them all I’m not even kidding. Now I have 2 teeth left and a mouth full of uncomfortable dentures. Trust me you don’t want that. Keep your teeth looking as beautiful as they are…as beautiful as you!!!!!!
I don't know where my fear of the dentist came from, but I'm just so scared that something will be wrong with me. Same thing with tara though, the dentists know I need a mirror to see exactly what they're doing, and I put my hand up if I need them to stop for a break. I still have a photo of me balling my eyes out before my dentist appointment on my phone. So I totally get this and hopefully people can be more accepting to this.

The very last time I went to the dentist, they (two other workers) quite literally held me down while the dentist continued to forcefully work on my teeth while I was hysterically crying and choking and having a full blown panic attack so the fear of a dentist is 100% valid :) I literally haven't been since because every dentist I've gone to has been crappy and rude, I don't need that type of experience again in my life. lol.

I have a fear of the dentist too, I had to go on my own this year to get a tooth taken out and I got myself in a right state😅 I feel sorry for the dentist lady, she was very patient with me luckily
