This is a great conversation. My marriage ended for a similar reason, except we were working class, and my growth was still an issue. Bending over backward to soothe another's insecurity is exhausting.

As a TRAINED salesperson, her "flex" about being a successful/natural salesperson is directly correlated to her ATTRACTIVENESS. People buy the person before they buy what a person is selling because they can get what you're selling from someone else. Good for her on all of her success though.
I felt like she said exactly what you just said so could you maybe expand on what point you were trying to drive home? Edit: I say because I don’t know if you were being critical or not but from my experience most of the top agents are extremely attractive. Really that any sales job were you are the face (not behind a phone or computer)
People buy based on attractiveness. People treat you based on how they are attracted to you

Trey this was such a great conversation. As a realtor myself I appreciated hearing your likes & dislikes about the business. It's easy for people to see y'alls success and think that people still don't come to only waste your time. That says to me you have to be even more vigilant the higher you go!

Thanks for the confirmation! We’re on the right path. I see too many 20-80% days (to scale) but know ultimately what I’m after is 20-80% on a million so I’m readjusting this plan for the next 5 and will come back to this table with real funds like you guys. Love seeing intelligent people sharing gems and really getting it together!!

I graduated school 08/2022 and have been struggling with passing my national exam not just because of the exam but hearing about the declining market rumors, the new set of regulations coming out and so much more made me procrastinate on if this is a career field I even wanna keep investing in and stressing over but I want this and this was my confirmation to not give up.
