Wait, rust machine guns like Damper don't act like shotguns. They act like machine guns, but why did Pixonic make this work? Shotguns shoot groups of projectiles at a time while machine guns shoot multiple projectiles in a single file per second.
Not every Champ league battle gets matched up with all Champion league players I've seen some Master , Expert league players matched with us . Those r usually the ones that get killed out 1st . Just check the one's that look like they dropped out battle and u will c most didn't they wasn't supposed b put n with Champion league battles.
10% faster is not a big deal. The reload time 5s has not shorten. Remember Otto the pilot for Magnum? His 35% fasterness is still illusion for Decay family and Taran.
Like you said, only good for certain builds where the legendary pilot isn't that good or important for that particular bot. Leech is a good example of that actually. Not sure I'll be running them anytime soon but I might try a couple of builds in future.

Destrier and Damper and see how it goes Plus with the Annihilation Mode you get more damage
